We don't know. The last sentence of the book is as follows:
"No," said Abe just before he turned away. "They execute traitors."
She is the only Dragomir. The vote for the age law is close enough that Lissa's vote (against it, of course) could create a tie. Unfortunately, an old law is brought up that says, for the Princess/Prince to be able to vote in the Royal Council, there has to be at least one other person in their family.
Abe Mazur. The Ivashkovs hire a well-known Moroi lawyer for her (at Adrian's bidding), but she turns him down when Abe shows up. She warns him that he better do her justice, and he replies that he plans to.
They don't have condoms. This is one instance where Rose is surprisingly mature. She knows she could never be Lissa's guardian with a child.
Dhampirs graduate and begin official guardianship at 16 instead of 18. Unwittingly, Rose helped pass this law by telling accounts of herself at 16 slaying Strigoi. Many disagree with this law, especially Rose; she said, "I was a special case. Sure, there are maybe, maybe, a few sixteen year-olds ready to go out and be guardians. But the vast majority would be slaughtered. Heck, even some of the eighteen year-olds aren't ready. But most are. Those two years make a ton of difference."
Lissa. Lissa actually mustered up the courage to strike him with a silver stake charmed with spirit (with the help of Christian, who hemmed him in with a ring of fire). He is very thankful to her, and vows to do everything he can to repay her. Rose is angry at this, for she was the one who learned how to free him - and she loves him with all her heart.
Defensive moves. Serena and Grant are open to her request of learning how to protect herself. However, they do not go as far as to actually teach her how to do a staking; the most they do is a demonstration on a plush feather pillow.
She knows there is a way to save him. Eddie is more than a little bit mad at her afterwards for letting Dimitri get away. He says to Rose, "I know you had a thing with him, but that's not Dimitri anymore. The best you can do is kill him, and save his soul."
Robert Doru. With the help of Lissa and Eddie, Rose breaks into the Tarasov prison to free Victor; in return he lets them meet his brother. Robert is a spirit user, and claims to know a way to change a Strigoi back to normal.
yes. They couldn't help themselves, it was meant to be. Love at first sight, awwww.
Lissa was healing her. Lissa has the power to heal with the element spirit. However, the last time she used it she became agitated and crazy.
no. Dashkov sacrificed his own daughter and still lost. That just proves good will always win.
aging. Victor suffered from a disease that prevented him being the king so he tortured Lissa to heal him. He did this so he could finally be king.
Victor Dashkov. Victor was trying to distract Rose so he could steal Lissa to heal him. He succeeded with messing with true love.
Natalie Dashkov. Natalie is the person who killed all the animals because she wants to be approved by her uncle. Her uncle is only using her to get to Lissa, though.
spirit. Moroi like Lissa can control all 4 elements (water, air, earth and fire) but Lissa is a rare exception who can control the rare element spirit. Rose hopes she and Lissa will not turn out like the other bonded spirit pairs (crazy).
fox. The fox was the first animal found dead and it was found on her bed. It really scared Lissa and caused her to almost break down.
compulsion. Lissa has the power to brainwash people. She tries not to use it unless it is a life threatening situation, though.
the car crash. Rose was dreaming about a hot guy rubbing oils on her back and was interrupted by Lissa dreaming about the car crash that killed her family. Rose was also in this crash, only she and Lissa survived and Lissa had healed Rose, so that is the only reason Rose is even alive.
