 Pike, Christopher
Rodney Rosenberg. Jeramie pretends he is Rodney Rosenberg, and later, Susan tells Melanie, "Jeramie is a number of people."
Stan Russel. Susan Trels cleverly hides her name by making it "Stan Russel" and thus fooling the actors and audience.
Sadie Hawkins. Melanie asks Marc to the Sadie Hawkins dance, and he agrees - she even has to pay for the tickets!
Charles. Tracy is Clyde's younger sister. In the play "Final Chance", Mary (Tracy's character) is Charles's (Marc's character) sister.
"Tell our mom that your dad 'favors' silver over gold.". Carl and Rindy Carpenter tell Melanie that their mother is very snotty, and Carl mentions that their mother's favorite word is "favors" and that she just bought fifty grand's worth of silver. Melissa grabs Ronda's bag by accident. Melissa grabs Ronda's purse by accident. She suspects that Tracy switched the bags on purpose just to make life difficult. She decided she'd "buy anyone who noticed the inconsistency an ice cream".

Claudia Schaefer. Melanie's mother hires Claudia Schaefer for her daughter. Unfortunately, Schaefer doesn't even believe Melanie, so the two don't get along.
He was paralyzed in a car accident. Clyde was in a car accident with Rindy, and he broke his back in the fall. But he was the one driving, not Rindy, thus breaking Susan's vendetta against her innocent friend.
Ilonka Pawluk. Ilonka Pawluk does have a very unusual name, and she is dying of cancer. She's living with people her age, and she's part of The Midnight Club... which is the name of her book - "The Midnight Club".
