Empire State Building. Though only referred to as 'the Skyscraper,' it was the Empire State Building. See "Doc Savage, his Apocalyptic Life" for more evidence than you could possibly care about towards this conclusion.

John Sunlight. John Sunlight apparently died in 'The Fortress of Solitude,' only to return in 'The Devil Genghis.'
Doctor Clark Savage, Junior.. He was named after his father.
Johnny. Johnny lost the use of an eye during World War One. Doc later performs an operation that restores the sight.
In a POW camp. They met while POWs during the first World War.
A sword cane. He used a sword cane coated in a sleeping drug.
Long Tom. That's how he got his nick-name.
Up From the Earth's Center. Here we find Doc Savage vs. The Devil (sort of).
1901. He'd be over a hundred by now, but as they say, old heroes never die, they just fade away.
