Ron Kovac. Kovac was in the middle of a game when he fell, and could not play any longer. Rather than his own team members and cheerleaders helping him, people were surprised to see that Stargirl was comforting him on the game floor.
Cinnamon. Stargirl tells Leo that Cinnamon loves to nibble people's ears. He also likes to ride on shoulders, and sleep over at people's houses.
silver lunch truck. Stagirl tells Leo that she wants to drive a silver lunch truck that will go everywhere and have every imaginable lunch for people, no matter how far they work. Her slogan will be "Let Lunch Come to You".
the fillers. Stargirl loved the fillers because they were the little sections of the paper that were not considered important enough for headlines. They can talk about anything from the number of pounds a typical Chinese person eats in a lifetime, to something about the beetles in Sumatara.
a bottle full of paper stars. The apartment Stargirl had made for Cinnamon was made of plywood, and was blue and yellow. The hair she kept in the bowl was her own, and was for the birds to build nests with. The happy wagon was accompanied by 20 pebbles. She would have more pebbles in her wagon if she was happy, and less if she was unhappy.

"I thought I heard a Moa". She came up with this speech off the top of her head as she went along. The title was about the bird, the moa, which Stargirl had been told about by Mr. McShane.
a silver plate. Stargirl was sure from the beginning that she was going to win the plate. Her plan was to make sure that Leo would hold the plate when she arrived at the school, because she would be met with a crowd, and she was scared that the plate would fall.

3. Only three people were waiting for Stargirl when they came back. Two were teachers and one was a student, Stargirl's friend, Dori Dilson. She was holding a sign that said "Way to go Susan, we're proud of you", but that was all that was there, which went against Stargirl's prediction that there would be confetti, kazoos, and cheering.
rich yellow. Leo did not go to the ball, but he heard about it from other people. The dress was described as a bright rich yellow strapless gown, that looked as though it had been pressed from buttercups.
the bunny hop. Stargirl lead many of the dancers in a bunny hop. It began in the tennis court, but then she lead them out into the other courts, and then they disappeared for a while before coming back, this time with many of the girls wearing half-dead flowers in their hair.
she kissed her. Hillari accused Stargirl of ruining everything, and then slapped her. She was expecting to be slapped back, but Stargirl kissed her instead. After this she turned and left, and that was the last any of the students ever saw her.
Star People. Archie says that Stargirl was one of the very few Star People. He said that these people were very rare and a little more primitive, a little closer to their beginnings.
More Than Stars. A well-named chapter, in my opinion. This was a short, two-page chapter that discussed the changes that occured after Stargirl left. These included the creation of a group at the school called Sunflowers, and the support of the school basketball team. At the end of the chapter, Leo relates how he received a porcupine necktie a month before his 31st birthday.
Misha. Misha Pilsudski was the name given to the main character by Uri.
Janina Milgrom. Misha first met Janina when he snuck into her garden and took the last two ripe tomatoes off her tomato plant.
Dr. Korczak . Misha and Uri always gave some of the food they stole to the orphans.
Yellow. Misha could not remember who had given him the stone, but he thought it might have been his father.
