      lack of clouds. After viewing his aerial footage, Howard realized that there was no point of reference to show how fast the airplanes were flying. He decided that there needed to be clouds in the background. Howard hired a meteorologist, Professor Fitz, to tell him where and when there would be clouds in the sky (ones which, in Howard's words, resembled giant breasts filled with milk).
