Peter's cellphone. After Mrs. Arness saw Charlene on the news for breaking out of jail, Charlene left the house so Arness couldn't get her arrested again. Sarah mentioned that she gave Charlene his cellphone and Peter freaked out for a second before he said "Good idea."
|What was the name of the club that Charlene said a lot of people in her neighborhood hung out at?||Bringing Down the House
the Downlow. Charlene mentioned that the club was in a bad area of town and that a white man at this club was either "a cop, a corpse, or a crackhead." Glen . Obviously lonely after her divorce from Peter, Kate (played by one of my favorite actresses, Jean Smart) went on a weekend trip with Glen, a golf instructor. Kate walked away in a huff.
Mrs. Kline. Mrs. Kline, played by the talented Betty White, was the older woman who lived across the street from Peter. She was very racist and also happened to be the sister of Peter's boss. She always invited Peter's son, George, over to play bridge with her girlfriends on Wednesdays.
