General spins the troll on the record player and it flies into the fan.. General chases the troll around the bedroom. The troll tries to escape by latching onto some balloons. The troll lands on a turntable. General turns on the record player and the troll starts to spin around. Amanda yells, "faster, faster." General obliges, and increases the speed of the record player to 45 rpm, and then 78 rpm. The resultant force, flings the troll into the fan, where it is mangled. As an aside, the music playing on the turntable was, "Every Breath You Take."

General is following a troll.. The story takes place in Wilmington, North Carolina. The first part of the scene is shown through the troll's perspective, as it scampers into the house, grunting and making silly noises all the way into the house. General is in hot pursuit of the troll. Later, General is accused of killing Amanda's parrot.
A pigeon is pecking his leg.. Norris manages to get back inside of the building. Cressner says that he doesn't welch on his bets, but he has decapitated his wife, and plans to do away with Norris. However, the cat intervenes and Norris manages to turn the tables. Norris forces Cressner to walk along the ledge of the building. A pigeon pecks Cressner's leg, and Cressner falls to his death.

Norris must navigate a narrow ledge around Cressner's high-rise building.. Cressner has planted incriminating evidence in Norris's car. It's enough to send Norris to prison for a long time, if Norris doesn't accept Cressner's wager. Norris must walk around a very narrow ledge high atop Cressner's building to successfully win the wager. Cressner has set numerous traps and surprises, not to mention the pesky pigeons, in order to prevent Norris from succeeding.

in a traffic jam on a bridge. It's apparently a hot day. Dick is obviously frustrated and not only that, but he is backed up in traffic, waiting for a drawbridge. He opens his glove compartment and a pack of cigarettes falls out. At first, he resists the temptation by chewing some gum. Finally, he relents, and lights up a cigarette. The drawbridge closes, and the traffic moves along. The truck behind him honks and he looks up to see that someone in the car adjacent to him, has observed his transgression.
Dr. Donatti demonstrates one of the techniques, that they employ to discourage smoking. He reveals a room, with a grated floor. Dr. Donatti presses a button and the floor becomes electrified. Dick's wife will be placed in the "cat room.". Dr. Donatti shows Dick a room with an electrified floor. Inside, there is a cat, casually drinking some water. The music begins, "Twist and Shout," and the cat immediately reacts. The electricity in the floor is turned on and the cat haplessly jumps around the cage, trying to avoid the shock. Dr. Donatti says, "If you smoke, they will see you." Dick replies, "You'll bring me down here and stick me in the old cat room, I suppose." Dr. Donatti says, "No, we'll bring your wife down here and stick her in the cat room. You get to watch."
