Moochy was Spinner Dunn, a former boxer who had taken too many blows to the head. Spinner's cousin was Tommy Cotter, who ran a bit of an Irish mob of her own. She made sure that Spinner's death was avenged.

Frank Stokes and Burke Bennett. Burke and Frank, frustrated by Sheldon's honesty and refusal to sell out, hired Buggy Ding Dong to kill Smoochy. They promised him that if he succeeded in killing Smoochy, he could have his old children's show back.
I never saw Venice.. Buggy was up in the catwalks trying to shoot Smoochy during the ice show. Randolph spotted him up there and ran up to stop him. During their fight Buggy fell down onto the ice and died, he uttered these words as he fell. Before he fell managed to get off a shot but it only grazed the rhino costume and took off Smoochy's horn.
Edward Norton. Norton's film debut was as a psychotic killer in 'Primal Fear', a movie starring Richard Gere. He is equally convincing as a psychotic killer as he is playing a squeaky clean kid show host.

Cavalleria Rusticana (Intermezzo). "Cavalleria Rusticana (Intermezzo)" was written by Pietro Mascagni. "Tosca - Vissi D'Arte" and "Madame Butterfly" were written by G. Puccini, G. Giacosa and L. Illica, and finally, "Also Sprach Zarathustra" was written by Richard Strauss. All these pieces were heard in the film.
