F the 13th: Part II
red, 81. Mark was played by Tom McBride, who died in real life from AIDS in 1995.
motorcycle accident paralyzed his legs. Mark says the doctors think the paralyzation is permanent, but he said he had no plans to stay in the wheelchair for the rest of his life. He was killed about 5 minutes later.
Ted had two hand-held computer games that Mark and Vicky played while they were alone. What were the two sports they could've chosen from? | "Friday the 13th: Part II" Vol. 1
|
football or hockey. Vicky responds she wants to play "the one with the puck".
What was the name of the counselor, who first took Terri's clothes when she went for a swim, that got caught in trap and had his throat slit while upside down? | "Friday the 13th: Part II" Vol. 1

Scott. It's interesting to note that on the screen, Jason goes straight across the throat, but the incision on Scott went diagonal.
hammer. The cop is stabbed in the head with the back of a hammer.
Sandra. Sandra persuaded reluctant Jeff to go to Camp Crystal Lake, but they were caught by the policeman once they got there.
choking. While spying on Ginny and Paul, Crazy Ralph is ambushed and strangled by Jason with a chain.
2 months. Paul described the scene of Alice's murder of how blood was everywhere and Alice was never found.
takes the boiling water off the stove. Alice was played by Adrienne King and Jason was played by Warrington Gillette.
ice-pick in her forehead. Alice earlier had used the ice-pick as a weapon but dropped it.
a head. The killer then came up behind her and killed her.
a cat. Alice then went to get food for the cat and was killed.
her mother. Alice says she had to "put my life back together". She then takes a shower and the phone rang again. This time it was a hangup.
Itsy-Bitsy Spider. The kid then jumped in a puddle (with Jason closely behind) and was called by his mother.
Muffin, owned by Terri. When Jeff and Sandra almost got to Camp Crystal Lake, they found a dead dog that seemed to be Muffin, but in the end, it's not.
leg. Ginny is injured on her left leg while she was in Jason's shack and has to be dragged back to camp.
Mommy is coming.. Ginny put on Mrs. Voorhees' old sweater, which made Jason go into mental limbo.
a chainsaw. Ginny also hits Jason with a chair before she runs to a car which, of course, does not work.
yellow & red. There is a yellow Chevy and Ginny's red hatchback.
Jeff. Jeff is wrapped in the same sheets he was killed in.
leg. Vickie is stabbed on her right leg.
in bed. A spear was thrown through them in bed, yet not much of the scene is shown because producers had to cut out violence (i.e., two people having a spear thrown through them) or the movie would have gotten an "X" rating (imdb.com).
down a flight of steps. Mark somehow rolls out of the porch and down the steps towards the lake.
Sandra and Jeff. On the drive to camp, Ted tells Sandra and Jeff the story of what happened at Camp Blood. As they are driving, they see a tree down in the middle of the road. All three of them get out to move it, and Sandra wanders over to the woods. She finds the old sign lying in the grass. They get back into the truck and head to camp. Sometime later, Sandra talks Jeff into going to find the camp. Sandra and Jeff just barely cross over the barbed wire fence when Deputy Winslow gets them.
The movie was released in 1981 just one year after the first one was released. The movie for me had a lot of elements that I still find scary to this day. The scene where Ginny finds the old camp, and we see Jason running towards her, still scares me to this day. The death scenes in my opinion were unique and scary.
Both. Jason is played more as a backwoods character in this film. In a lot of ways, I find this character more frightening then the more pumped up Jason played by Kane Hodder. He has a more savage side to him in this film. I believe the series should have stuck more to this concept. He had a reason for killing in this film; it was a pure simple concept - revenge. Jason wanted revenge for the death of his mother. He wanted to punish everyone he thought was responsible for her death.
Throughout most of the production, Steve played the role of Jason and he did a wonderful job. Warrington did some of the additional scenes, but is most notably recognized as doing the unmasking. I recall some controversery surrounding the billing of Jason is this role. I believe only Warrington was credited with the portrayal of Jason for some time.
Jason kills Vicki with a knife.. This scene, along with Jason jumping through the window, was used in a horror movie tribute for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards show. I discovered this tidbit of info while putting together facts for this quiz. My source is the ever reliable Wikipedia.
Vicki comes into the cabin looking for Mark. She can't find him so she goes upstairs calling for Jeff and Sandra. She sees a blood covered sheet and up pops Jason. Vicki backs up against the wall and pleads for her life. Jason raises his knife and plunges it into Vicki. Vicki was played by Lauren Taylor.
Mark. Mark ended up in the wheelchair after a motorcycle accident. He tells Vicki the story and that he is determined to walk again. Vicki leaves Mark in the main cabin to go freshen up. After a few minutes, Mark hears a noise outside and thinks it is Vicki. Mark goes outside to the cabin's porch and calls Vicki's name. Suddenly Mark is chopped in the head with a machete. We see Mark roll backwards down a long set of stairs.
This is one of the more unique ways that Jason has killed someone. This, along with the killing of Andy in "Friday the 13th: Part III", are my favorites. Mark was played by Tom McBride. Jeff was Sandra's boyfriend. Paul was Ginny's boyfriend. Scott was interested in Terri. Tom sadly passed away due to complications from an illness.
Jason strangles him with barbwire.. Ginny and Paul are in her cabin making out. Ralph is hidden behind a tree watching them. Ralph hears a twig break from behind him. Suddenly Jason wraps a piece of barbwire around Ralph's neck and kills him. Jason seems to be cleaning up loose ends in the movie; first Alice then Ralph.
Walter Gorney reprised his role as Crazy Ralphie from the original version. He is one of the reasons I like the series as much as I do. He kept telling everyone they were doomed and he was right. It would have been wonderful if he made it through the entire series, almost like in the role of the misunderstood prophet.
brush. It is raining outside, but Vicki runs to her car to get her brush. She has to go into the seat to find it. She finally pulls it from the back of the seat. Vicki runs back to her cabin to get ready for her date with Mark. She finishes dressing and heads to the main cabin. Vicki calls out for Mark, but he doesn't answer. Vicki then goes upstairs to Sandra and Jeff's room. Jason then kills Vicki in Sandra's room.
watermelon. Alice has just gotten out of the shower when she hears a noise. She goes into the kitchen to investigate. She walks past her refrigerator and on top is a small watermelon. Alice goes to the open window and her cat jumps in through it. Alice goes to the refrigerator to get the cat some food. She opens the door and sees the head of Mrs. Voorhees. Jason grabs her from behind and jabs a ice pick into her head.
Exxon. Jeff and Sandra have just pulled into town. They park their truck in front of an Exxon. They go over to a phone booth to call their friend, Ted. While they are on the phone a tow truck pulls up in front of their truck. Ted is giving them directions to his house. While they get the directions, the tow truck driver starts to tow their truck. Sandra and Jeff chase the guy around the corner. Ted is laughing because he set the prank up. From the reaction that Jeff and Sandra have when they see Ted laughing, it is safe to assume that he has done things like this in the past.
