an eyeball. This drunk man took the place of 'Crazy Ralph' from "Part I" and "Part II".
Debbie. Debbie wouldn't eat the drugs because she was pregnant.
Debbie. Debbie said she was pregnant twice, and this was the reason she wouldn't swallow any of the pot.
Vera. Shelly was played by Larry Zerner, who is now a successful entertainment lawyer (imdb.com).
a rat. A rat popped up at her, which made her back up and be killed. She never saw her dead husband.
cleaver to the chest. Harold opened the door to a waiting Jason.
a rabbit. Harold entered the shed to see his rabbits cut open.
dayfly eggs. Harold had two fish, one was named Lionel, presumably after the train he had in the fishbowl.
beer. Budweiser and Miller boxes could be seen piled 5 feet high outside the door.
about a day. Harold's wife was watching an Eye-On news broadcast saying how grim details of the killings were still coming in.
above her. Debbie is sitting in the hammock and sees blood on the magazine and find him on a beam above her.
hallway. He's doing a handstand and gets split in half.
harpoon gun, her eye. The harpoon gun was taken from Shelly and then shot at Vera.
she had to get a wallet. She had accidentally dropped Shelly's wallet that she still had from the store and went into the lake to get it.
Shelly. When Vera goes outside and almost gets pulled underwater by Shelly, he has a white hockey mask on. Shelly later goes into the barn where Jason is, and when Jason wounds (not kills) Shelly, he takes the mask and puts it on.
Shelly. Debbie intervenes and distracts Andy, causing him to lose.
pitchfork through the abdomen. Loco goes upstairs to see Fox at the top and gets killed with the same weapon.
f. Fox is nailed to the top of the barn with a pitchfork by Jason.
swinging on a rope. Fox was swinging on the rope that Rick pulled the hay up with, and suddenly she disappeared while Loco turned his head.
wheel. Shelly really didn't do that much damage, but Ali broke a whole lot of windows and then went and wrecked the blue van over it.
yellow bug. The yellow Beetle was really Rick's car that Vera borrowed.
condom. Fox got the wallet from the floor before Vera could reach it.
food stamps. Vera does have money or food stamps on her anyway.
head. Shelly had this knife with his color hair on that he stuck onto his head.
hay. Chris explains that her dad always wanted horses but never got them.
it was in 3-D. The preview advertised a 3-D movie, and you notice certain things where the 3-D is supposed to "jump out at you," such as Andy playing with the yo-yo, Jason breaking the car glass near the end of the movie, Ali breaking the car window with chains at the store, and other places when the objects come at you.
ax. Chris lands an ax right on Jason's mask, but he comes to life in the next movie...
Ali. Ali was "beat to dead" by Jason earlier in the day, but recovered, only to have his hand cut off and eventually killed by Jason.
shovel. Chris finds a shovel and makes Jason unconscious, then puts a noose around his head and hangs him.
hand and leg. Chris takes the knife from Debbie and stabs Jason on his left hand when he is trying to open the door and then on his right leg when they are in the hall.
Debbie. Chris takes the knife out of Debbie's back and uses it against Jason.
