Frank. In the year 1999, while Shepard's fighting John, Frank comes in and shoots Shepard with a shotgun, the same shotgun we see Gordy pull out of the FDNY chest in the future.
he sets off the fire alarm and knocks out Shepard. When Shepard comes back in, he rigs up a wire circuit and electrocutes him. Then, he holds a big flame up to the fire extinguishers coming from the ceiling and they go off. This makes everyone in the building leave because they're getting soaked. Frank sees his opportunity and sneaks out.
the Mets game. Frank calls the Mets game and tells Satch everything that's going to happen. While Satch is talking to Julia, he sees that Frank called everything down to a 'T' and begins to believe his story about talking to John in the future.
Jack Shepard. Jack Shepard is the Nightingale murderer, and a member of the New York police force.
fingerprints on Frank's wallet. Frank tells John about the wallet, and John tells Frank to put the wallet somewhere where it won't be found for thirty years. Frank does so, John retrieves it, and has the bureau test it for fingerprints.
His wife Julia being murdered. The original number of Nightingale murders go from 3 to 9, Julia included.
3. Because of Frank surviving, Julia isn't called to leave the hospital. As a result of her staying, she unknowingly saves the life of the Nightingale murderer.
The Buxton Warehouse. He is originally supposed to die in the Buxton Warehouse fire, but John advises him to 'go the other way.'
