Yes. At the end of the movie, Matthew was enrolled at Georgetown and he was attending school there. When the movie ended, we see Matthew walking out of Georgetown to where the girl next door was waiting to pick him up.
Ryan Winger. One of the things that Matthew really wanted to get was the Sheridan Scholarship and he even made a speech that he was going to recite to help him get it, but, he didn't know that the pill that Kelly gave him was the drug ecstasy and after he took it, it started to make him act really weird and he even messed up on his speech when he was reciting it. Then, the winner of the Sheridan Scholarship was Ryan Winger and all Matthew could do was sit back and watch Ryan collect what he really wanted to have.

In the movie, Matthew had to raise $25,000 to bring Samnang Sok to America and then Kelly stole the money. Then, Matthew decided that he would film a porn video and sell it so he could get the money back. Instead of selling the porn video that he made, he sold an updated sexual education video for schools in the states to use. With the money he made from the video, he restored the $25,000 that was stolen and Samnang Sok got to come to America.

After being with Danielle for a little while, things were going great for Matthew and he was happy being with Danielle, but it was a big shock for Matthew when Eli showed him a tape of Danielle exposing her as a porn star. After some time passed, Matthew accepted Danielle for who she was and he also helped her out of the porn star industry.

Samnang Sok. Samnang Sok was a brilliant kid who taught himself how to do calculus and he was so smart some people believed he could figure out a cure to cancer. In the movie, Matthew raised money to bring Samnang Sok to America so he could attend school in the United States.
Georgetown. For a very long time Matthew always wanted to attend Georgetown and then he was accepted by the university and that was a dream come true for him.
Kidman. Matthew Kidman was a student at school, who was basically a good kid, who didn't do anything wrong until the girl next door showed up. One day, Matthew was attending school and getting good grades and then he was cutting classes and filming porn videos.

He was her producer/manager.. Kelly was first introduced in "The Girl Next Door" when Matthew is telling Danielle how much he cares about her. Kelly becomes friendly with Matthew and his friends, but turns on Matthew when Danielle doesn't want to star in his movies anymore. Kelly ruined Matthew's chances of getting his scholarship by giving him ecstasy after hitting him. He also took the money Matthew raised to bring the Cambodian genius, Samnang, to the U.S. Kelly also used to be partners with Hugo Posh, the successful director, and is bitter that Hugo stole his movie ideas. Matthew later steals Kelly's idea for using the real teenagers in the sex ed video.
Athena. Danielle's fake name, Athena, is shown and said throughout the convention scenes. Ferrari and April are Danielle's friends who come to help make the sex ed video, and Klitz is Matthew's friend with the glasses. The beautiful and talented Elisha Cuthbert plays Danielle/Athena, and she has starred in "House of Wax" (2005) and in the television series, "24".

Emile Hirsch, who plays Matthew, is a young actor who is been in movies such as "The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys" (2002) and "Lords of Dogtown" (2005).
