D. Ray Morton. When James Link shows up to cancel his purchase, Shelley pretends to be D. Ray Morton, a wealthy and very satisfied client of Ricky Roma.

David Mamet. Mamet wrote other great plays like "American Buffalo", "Speed The Plow", "Oleanna", and movies like "The Untouchables", "The Edge", and "Hoffa". He won the Pulitzer for Drama in 1984 for the stage version of "Glengarry Glen Ross". He adapted the play into a screenplay in 1992.
Shelly Levine. After failing to get Aaronow to break in, Moss finally convinces Shelly to do the job. We never see their conversation about it though.
