He refused to pay, and she explained to him the bill was for the scooter, then she kneed him in the groin and explained that was for Binx. When Binx had gone to retrieve his scooter from Hubie the night before, Hubie beat him to a bloody pulp.
Mr. Pyatt agrees to pay the bill but doesn't keep that kind of money in the register. He has Billie Jean follow him upstairs in his shop, but how much does he really give her? | The Legend of Billie Jean

With the walkie talkies they decided to spy on Mr. Pyatt and the police and figure out a plan from there. Binx found a toy gun in the store and grabbed it without anyone's knowing. Saint Joan". "Saint Joan" was made in 1957 and cast Jean Seberg as the "Saint" Joan of Arc who's soon accused of being a witch. When the scenes from this movie that are shown in "The Legend of Billie Jean" are discussed, this movie is then often mistaken for the 1948 movie "Joan of Arc" starring Ingrid Bergman.
Asthma. Lloyd's asthma never appeared to be a real threat. He left with Billie Jean and her gang without taking his medication with him. When they realized that he was supposed to be on his pills he explains since leaving the house he hasn't wheezed once.
Yes. After several police chases and searches, being shot at by a man for the reward money, and being made out to be outlaws and thieves, Mr. Pyatt gives her the money "for her troubles". Billie Jean asks Mr. Pyatt in front of a whole beach full of her fans if instead it was to keep her mouth shut, or maybe it was for a few minutes in the upstairs room to his store. Mr. Pyatt then tries to make it sound like Billie Jean seduced him, but she replied, "What about our lessons? "Pay as you go, earn as you learn". What were you going to teach me, Mr. Pyatt? And you said I was gonna love it, just love being touched by a man like you." She knees him in the groin and tells him to keep his money to buy off someone else.
Vermont. How they got to Vermont is never mentioned, but they are still hitchhiking through Vermont so it's a good guess they hadn't quite reached their final destination.
