Cady tricks Regina by telling her that her mom uses them to lose weight and that they will burn all of her carbs. Regina eats them like crazy and gains a lot of weight as a result.
Dawn Schwietzer. When Regina photocopies the book and spreads it all over the school, mayhem insues. Dawn happens to pick up a copy of the page about her and exclaims "Who would write that?!" To which her 'friend' responds, "Who wouldn't?"
Some guy on the baseball team. Regina starts her downhill slide after Aaron breaks up with her. In this scene, she's crying to the other plastics about her break-up.
5000. Regina starts to gain so much weight after she starts to go on her "all carb diet." Finally she finds out about the trick Cady played on her and freaks out and has a screaming fit.
Kylie. Kylie, who is about 6 or 7, immitates anything she sees on TV, which is usually a music video or a "Girls Gone Wild" commercial. She gets to watch whatever she wants because there are no rules in her house and she doesn't have a 'regular mom,' she has a 'cool mom'.

Barnes & Noble. At the attitude make-over workshop for the junior girls, Karen apologizes to Gretchen for laughing at her when she got diarrhea at Barnes & Noble. She adds that she's also sorry for telling everyone and for repeating it now.

Once, in an attempt to embarass her, Janice cuts two holes into Regina's tank top and Regina is wearing a purple bra underneath. After seeing that, every girl cuts two holes in her shirt to immitate Regina. Her mom is very lax with her rules, in fact, there are no rules. She has the master bedroom in her house; she convinced her parents to trade her rooms. Her sister imitates everything she sees on tv, be it a "Milkshake" video, or a Girls Gone Wild advertisement. Her dad seems to be the only one with a bit of sense, in the one shot that we see of him when Regina is getting her picture taken on Halloween, wearing a very 'slutty' bunny costume and he obviously disapproves.
