Romeo + Juliet (1996)
Tybalt. 'Peace? I hate the word. As I hate hell, all Montagues, and thee.'
Balthasar. Balthasar is kind of like Romeo's servant. He is the one who tells Romeo, Juliet is dead. The guy who plays him in the movie is so hot!
Romeo. He said it when everyone wanted to go to the party, but he saw no reason in going.
The Globe. The Globe was the name of the theatre where Shakespeare's plays were performed in London. The original Globe burned down, and by the time the new one was built, Shakespeare had retired from acting.
Sword 9mm. The Longsword was Juliet's father's gun, and Dagger was the gun the Mercutio dropped in the sand when he went to Romeo's rescue on the beach.
5. Romeo has a haunting nightmare of Tybalt's death the night of his honeymoon with Juliet.
Rosaline. Romeo went to the Capulet party hoping get a glimpse of Rosaline, and got more than he bargained for.

Montague. The Montague boys started it by biting their thumb.
Mexico City. The original play was set in Verona, a popular setting for Shakespeare's plays, but the movie itself was filmed in Mexico City.
Newscaster. The newscaster started out the movie with opening dialogue like a breaking news story.
Shot herself in the head. Romeo drank poison because he thought Juliet was dead. She woke up seconds after he drank it. On discovering Romeo was dead, she used the gun to kill herself.
drank potion to appear dead. Juliet was so desperate to get out of the marriage and be with Romeo, that she said she wanted to kill herself. Friar Lawrence suggested drinking a potion to appear dead, so that Romeo could come and rescue her, and they could be together.
broken glass. Tybalt was pushed on to a pane of glass and used a piece to slash Mercutio. After Mercutio was murdered by Tybalt, Romeo went after Tybalt and shot him dead.

Ecstacy. Mercutio had an ecstacy tablet with a heart on it, pierced by an arrow. Romeo took it, got dizzy and went to the washroom to splash water on his face. That was where he met Juliet.
Rosaline. The reason he went to the party at the Capulet Mansion is because of Rosaline! Then he met Juliet!
Tybalt. Tybalt was Juliet's cousin, played by John Leguizamo, and he met an unfortunate death after beig shot by Romeo.
