Lola and Manni. The main character names are said frequently. Franka Potente and Moritz Bleibtreu played the parts of Lola and Manni.
Franka Potente. Franka Potente played the part of Lola. She was also in "It's a Jungle Out Here", for which she won the 1996 Bavarian Film Prize for Young Talent. In 1998 she was voted one of the German Shooting Stars award from the European Film Promotion.
We never learn. We never learn her father's name. In fact, he is even credited as "Dad". Herbert Knaup played the part of Lola's father.

Jutta Hansen. Nina Petri played the part of Jutta Hansen, Lola's father's mistress. We learn this when she introduces herself to Lola, and if you watch the credits.
Norbert Von Au. Although it is never mentioned verbally in the movie, Norbert Von Au is credited as the bum. Joachim Krol played the part of Norbert.
Herr Meyer. Herr Meyer was the friend of Lola's father, that takes him from the bank when Lola is trying to run after him.

Herr Schuster. Armin Rohde plays the part of the security guard, whose name we learn is Herr Schuster. Some people believe that Herr Schuster is Lola's real father, but there is no solid evidence for that. However, director Tykwer says he intentionally tried to hint at some vague connection between Schuster and Lola – a thread that runs through all three segments. Did you notice he is also the man who speaks the opening lines and kicks the soccer ball?

Spirale. According to the director's commentary, the movie's story is about how time and events can be more of a spiral than a stright line. Also, director Tom Tykwer says that he is a big fan of Alfred Hitchcock's "Vertigo", which also used a spiral theme. Notice the introduction, the bedsheets, the doors, the bar, and many other spirals.
Herr Schuster. The man in the ambulance was Herr Schuster, the bank security guard. Very few people make the connection. Another connection with Lola and Schuster is that she manages to bring his heartrate to normal! He is also the man who speaks the opening lines and kicks the soccer ball.
Deutsche Transfer Bank. We see the name of this bank several times during the movie, although I do not believe it is ever verbally mentioned.
