She ties him up, since she thinks he's snooping around. She thinks he's an impostor and ties him up. Then she tells Mrs. Brisby's children to look after Jeremy so that he won't go away while she's out for help. But that is the first thing Mrs. Brisby's oldest son, Martin, does.

That she should visit the rats in the rosebush. The Great Owl advises her to go to the rats of the rosebush and ask for Nicodemus. He then tells her that they will help her move her house to the lee of the stone.
To tell Mrs. Brisby that the farmer would soon start ploughing. She went there to tell Mrs. Brisby that she should move her family since it would soon be time for the farmer to plough. Mrs. Brisby can't move though, since Timothy's too sick and might die.

She needs medicine for her sick son. She goes there because her son Timothy is coughing, has a fever and sounds raspy when he breathes. Mr. Ages gives her some medicine and informs her that Timothy can't be moved since he's most likely to have pneumonia.
