Silver Bullet
Popular Mechanics. Uncle Red tells Marty and Jane that he didn't really win the trip to New York, but he did win a subscription to "Popular Mechanics".
New York. Uncle Red tells Marty's parents that he won a trip for two to New York from Publisher's Clearing House. Since Uncle Red didn't have anyone to go with, he sent them. This was all just a plan to get them out of the house.
Mr. Zinneman. Marty was screaming for help because his wheelchair was stuck under the bridge, and Reverend Lowe was coming after him. I don't know how Mr. Zinneman could have heard Marty screaming his name. He was driving a tractor!
.44. While at the Gun Shop, Uncle Red wonders what the heck you would shoot a .44 caliber silver bullet at anyway. Mac says, "How about a werewolf?"
it takes silver to kill a werewolf. The narrator says this when the silver bullet is being made. "It takes silver to kill a werewolf, and we were taking no chances."
Mac's Gun Shop. When Uncle Red is walking into the Gun Shop you can see the name of the place on the outside.
Owen's Bar. Owen's Bar is owned by Owen Knopfler. You can see the name of the bar on the door.
Harmony Hill. Herb Kincaid tells the sheriff to go to Harmony Hill and dig up what's left of his boy Brady and explain to him about private justice.

5 pm. You hear it being said over the radio.

managers. I guess they are betting baseball cards. Marty tries to bet a manager, but Uncle Red tells him you can't. He then bets a Yankee.
Virgil's Service. Marty almost runs out of gas but makes it to Virgil's Service just in time. You can see the name of the store up on the wall.
Joseph Haller. You see his name on his office door. People around the town call him Joe.
Sheila. Jane breaks the news to Marty about Uncle Red's divorce. Marty says he never really cared for Sheila anyway.
$1.49. Marty felt a little responsible for ruining Jane's pantyhose, so he gave her money to buy a new pair.
garter snake. Brady was up in the tree and scared her with it. She fell in a puddle and ruined her clothes.
goodnight. She says, "I love you too Marty, goodnight."
Marty. Marty fires the gun and shoots the werewolf in the eye. I thought he should have been shot somewhere else. It's too much of a coincidence that the werewolf was shot in the eye twice.
14 and 11. At the beginning of the movie Jane, the narrator, says, "I was nearly 15 and Marty 11." This means she was still 14 at the time.
1976. At the beginning of the movie it says, SPRING 1976.
Tammy. Marty rode home with her one day from school and she told him she had been hearing strange noises coming from the greenhouse. Tammy's dad was killed that night.
flying a kite. He was flying a yellow kite with a big smiley face on it. It is later shown covered with blood.
8. The werewolf kills Arnie on the tracks, Stella who was pregnant, Tammy's dad in the greenhouse, Marty's best friend Brady, three of the men who went out searching for the monster in the fog, and Sheriff Haller.
Halloween. On the night they kill the werewolf, there is a jack-o-lantern on the porch and their mom tells them not to let any trick-or-treaters in.
Mr. Knopfler. Mr. Knopfler used the bat in his bar to keep peace. He also had it when they went looking for the monster. Then Jane saw it in Reverend Lowe's garage.
