In the beginning of the movie, three skateboarders come to try to take over the skating rink where Poot, Frank, and Haley are. They challenge each other and whoever makes it stays. It was a very dangerous task that they had to do. They had to bike (or skateboard) down the stairs then bike down a ladder. Then they had to bike down a slide and finally, finish back at the skating rink.

2. In the beginning of the movie, three bikers were playing in a construction zone where a pool was being built. What were the three guys that came to try and take it over?

They had skateboards in their hands. When the three bikers wouldn't leave, they challenged them to a contest to see who did the best around the construction area. When Haley broke the window, her bike got stuck, Poot opened the door, and the alarm went off.
