Arthur . He was the only one willing to sacrifice himself for an act of pure love.
"The eye of hell". "If knowledge was power, then the man who controlled it would be the most powerful man alive."
the breaker . Because of the way he would kill some victims.
The Hammer and The Juggernaught. He was beaten up by the Hammer, and the Juggernaught broke his back.
The Angry Princess. She was covered in self-inflicted cuts and gashes.
Ghosts. Dennis told Arthur this when he was trying to persuade him to leave.
Kalina. She showed the plans to Arthur, Maggie, and Dennis and explained to them how she got in, and how to get out, if those routes were still open since the house continued to close up as the machine gained more power and released more ghosts.
The Jackal . He had chased after both of them and scratched them pretty badly.
the dead. "This is not a house, it is a machine. It was designed by the devil and is powered by the dead." This was said by Kalina.
Blue. They were a little bit shocking especially when he died.

I'm sorry. If you looked closely you were able to see that on the floor, "I'm Sorry" was written. When I saw this movie with my friends, no one noticed that except for me. But it was there. Look for it next time if you haven't seen it.
| Once the process started and the ghosts were being released, the house started shifting. It wasn't until later that they realized that the lawyer wasn't with them anymore. What did Maggie say once she realized it? | "Thir13en Ghosts" For You

"Did the lawyer split?". After seeing the movie a few times, I realized that that's actually a joke. It's funny because she asked if the lawyer split, and if you remember the lawyer had been split in half, literally. It was a nasty scene but they had made a pun in the movie that took me a while to notice. Did you catch it?
Suffocate. Bobby had a tiny obsession with death and he was always talking about it.
"We struck gold.". She was smelling the perfumes after entering the bathroom and said that they had struck gold. I would have thought the same thing, except for the whole glass bathroom. No privacy, and plus the whole ghosts thing, but that's besides the point.
Maggie. She and Bobby were racing upstairs and they found a room with lots of action figures. Bobby was busy looking at the toys and Maggie looked farther up the cabinet and found the glasses.
Dennis Rafkin. He hunted ghosts with Cyrus. Ok I love this quote from him to Arthur. "Did I just say there's a petting zoo downstairs? NOOO! There are ghosts downstairs Arthur." It cracks me up every time because he has a lot of funny facial expressions.
orange. His jumpsuit was orange and on it in were yellow and black letters saying, Power & Light. Of course he wasn't really a Power & Light worker, but we didn't find that out until later.
Math Teacher. When the lawyer told Arthur about the house, Arthur told him he was only a math teacher and there was no way he was going to be able to pay for the house. The lawyer then told Arthur that the house had been paid for completely and that he (Arthur) had nothing to worry about.
Cyrus Kriticos . Cyrus Kriticos, he was a very strange man. He hunted ghosts and fed them to a machine that he had built out of his own house.
Maggie. Her name was Maggie. She cracked me up in the movie because even in really bad situations she said things that just made it funny.
57. The local newspaper headline read, "Adventurer Dies at 57."
The Juggernaut. The Juggernaut kills five people in the opening scene in the junkyard, then later he kills Dennis in the house. That makes a total of 6 kills, making him the winner of the "Thir13en Ghosts" Most Bloodthirsty Spirit Award!
The Withered Lover. The Withered Lover was Jean Kriticos, Arthur's late wife.
5. The Withered Lover, the Angry Princess, the Pilgrimess, the Bound Woman and the Dire Mother were all women. If you guessed six thinking that the Jackal was a girl, don't feel bad, I thought so too.
3. Dennis gets smacked in the head by the Torn Prince's baseball bat. Then later, he gets double teamed by the Hammer and the Juggernaut.
The Jackal. Kalina briefly mentions that the Jackal was the sign of Hell's Winter when she was reading off the names of the ghosts from the book.
The Jackal. The Hammer has a hammer head bolted to his hand. The Torn Prince has a baseball bat. The Great Child has an axe, but the Jackal uses his sharp fingernails to claw wildly at his victims. The Jackal has no weapon.
