Undercover Blues
Jane Louise. They argue about the name through the entire movie. After Jane overpowers Novacek, Jeff insists that they are naming her Jane Louise and Jane agrees.
Her case is too heavy.. She is carrying the case with the C-22 explosives and refuses to leave it, even though it is weighing her down. When she drops the case, she jumps off the ladder after it.

Nebraska. Lt. Sawyer finds this out from his contact in the FBI. Jeff claims to have learned how to fight when growing up in the mean streets. "What mean streets? You're from Nebraska."
auto mechanic. He tells the Newmans that he's a brain surgeon, and Lt. Sawyer that he's an Electrolux (vacuum cleaner) salesman and, later, an airline pilot.

Chains. Muerte claims that he was in a fight with "15 guys, with chains, and dogs." Another bar patron "heard it was one guy. With a cute, little, tiny baby."
11 months. At the party, Jane suggests that 11 months is a little young for jambalaya, but Jeff protests that the doctor said to start her on solid foods.
Cuba. Muerte boarded the boat with them. They left him in the ocean with a life saver after the boom knocked him into the water. Then Jane pointed in the direction of Cuba and they sailed off.

Jane. All throughout the movie, Jeff was calling their daughter Jane Louise while Jane was calling her Louise Jane. She didn't think daughters should be named after their mothers.
Alligator Pit. Jeff left Muerte on a tree in the alligator pit without pants or a coat. He then told the nuns not to miss the alligator pit.
Eighteen months old. Jeff was upset that their daughter wasn't walking yet at eleven months because he was walking younger than that age. Jane told him he was walking at a year and a half and his mother was getting ready to call in specialist.
6 dozen. Unfortunately, they didn't get to eat them because Paulina Novacek's people came after them at the same time Muerte did. Jeff ended up throwing the oysters at Novachek's people.
Muerte. Stanley Tucci played the thief, Muerte. He stalked Jeff throughout the whole movie because Jeff beat him and his partner up during a attempted robbery. Jeff refers to Muerte as Morty.
'Buy American.'. Jeff foiled the bank robbery by wrapping a chain around the bumper of the car so it couldn't go anywhere. Then he pretended to be the driver.
He told Jane, 'People in a major hurry never look at the driver'.
Literate. Jane: 'One guy on the couch reading.'
Jeff: 'A literate burglar. How refreshing.'
The supposed burglar turned out to be their boss, but Jeff didn't recognize him until he had already jumped on him.
Dan Chesley. When Ted told him he was looking for information on Jefferson Blue, Dan started laughing hysterically over the phone. It turned out Jeff was hired twice by the FBI and fired each time. During his absence from the FBI, he worked with the CIA.
Brain Surgeon. He told the Newman's the reason why he quit was because the racket was getting to him and he kept dropping scalpels. It was then that Jane told them, she and Jeff were in espionage. The Newman's didn't believe that either.
Jumbalaya. Jeff and Jane Blue are espionage agents in New Orleans on an extended vacation. They have an 11 month old daughter who is called Louise Jane by her mother and Jane Louise by her father. When the Blues are first introduced, they're crashing a party in New Orleans.
