Bronx. This was the meeting place for all the gangs to meet to show solidarity.

Gramercy Riffs. The Gramercy Riffs were a very disciplined gang.

Luther. This guy fits the part perfectly.
The Rogues. The Orphans were a gang in the movie. The Ghetto Ghouls were a gang in a movie called 'The Exterminator' and 'The Coney Island 10' I made up.
The Fox. The Fox gets away alive but Cleon remains only to be mauled to death by the crowd after Luther shouts that it was 'The Warriors' who did it. Cleon was the short lived leader of the gang.
Swan. Swan was the never smile 'War Chief'.

The Lizzies. The Lizzies were a group of pistol packin' babes. The Warriors had to virtually break down the door with their bodies to escape these gals.
Coney Island Beach. Coney Island is famous for its Nathans hot dogs and the also famous Cyclone ride.

Cyrus. Cyrus was the leader of all the gangs I guess you could say. He wanted all the gangs to unite so they could take over New York.
Can you dig it?. He made "can you dig it?" famous. "Kiss my converse", came from "The Last Dragon", "You are all my children" came from "Nightmare on Elm Street 2 Freddie's Revenge". However, "this is all our turf" is something Cyrus said. It just never caught on I guess.

Luther. His name was Luther. He was a member of the Rogues.

Cleon. Cleon was the leader of The Warriors. He died first. Luther said The Warriors killed Cyrus, and all the gangs lost it, and beat Cleon down.
Swan. Swan was war chief, and with Cleon gone, in a way he became the leader.
The Gramercy Riffs . In the movie they never really mention who this guy is, but I assume he is the war chief for the Grammercy Riffs. Anyway, he says to his men "I want all the Warriors! If not alive, wasted!"

The Baseball Furies. The Baseball Furies aka The Furies was their name. If you get a look at the back of their uniforms it says Furies.
The Orphans . "They're so far down, they're not even on the map."
Hearse. They drove an old beat up hearse that had spray paint all over it.

Cowboy. His name was Cowboy. They never really got into details as to why he always had on that beat up hat!

She whistles. She pulled out a whistle from her pocket and used it like 4 times before back-up showed up! Haha.
The Lizzies. The Lizzies was their name, and cuttin' folks was their game!
6. 6 Warriors made it back to Coney Island. Although Mercy went back with them to Coney Island doesn't mean she was a Warrior. I'm sure, however, had it been a true story she would have been initiated.
New York City. The movie was directed by Walter Hill, and it was filmed entirely on location in New York City. All the subway scenes were filmed in one location as well.
War Chief. Cleon was clearly the leader of the Warriors, as much as Cyrus was the leader of the Riffs. In the movie, we learned that Swan was next in line to take Cleon's place.
The Punks. The filming of this fight scene took five, eleven hour days to complete.
Yellow and Black. This is the same guy who does the fancy baseball bat handling. He squares off against Ajax, and Ajax quickly takes him out.
