a mind scrambler. 'If you get a chance, shower with them...It's a mind scrambler!'
Here's an easy one...What do Wyatt and Gary wear on their heads when they create Lisa? | Weird Science
|
Anthony Michael Hall. That was too easy.
Lisa. Lisa is named after a girl that Gary like in 8th grade who kicked him. OUCH!
Blind Dog Bourbon. Lisa tells Wyatt, "I don't know. I warned him about that Blind Dog Bourbon", after he asks if Gary's gonna be okay.
Chet. Chet blows smoke in Gary's face, disgusts him with the details of a greasy pork sandwich, and then looks like he's gonna puke too. What a jerk!
Mad Max. Ian says, "This is Max. You can call him Mad Max."
Porsche. It was a black Porsche. They never did explain where the Porsche came from.
"Have you tried inversion boots?". Wyatt is worried a lot, but this time it's because he doesn't want to have a party at his house.
Ilan Mitchell Smith. Anthony Michael Hall played Gary. Judd Nelson starred in "The Breakfast Club" with Anthony Michael Hall. Bill Paxton played Wyatt's older brother Chet, who is one of the finest comedy characters of all time.
Shermer. You see the "Welcome to Shermer" sign explode while the guys are creating Lisa. Aurora is where "Wayne's World" is set. Blue Bay is the setting for "Wild Things". Verbal Kint claimed to have been in a barbershop quartet in "Skokie Illinois".
The Kandy Bar. The name appears in neon lights in the window of the bar.
Robert Rusler & Robert Downey Jr.. Robert Downey Jr. went on to great success in many movies such as, "Chaplin", "US Marshalls" and "Natural Born Killers". Unfortunately Robert Rusler didn't do so well, though he did appear in "Thrashin'" in 1986.
Cincinnati. They had gone to see his sister and meet her fiance.
A severe behavioural disorder. This scene is outstanding from Wyatt's sly look at the camera to Chet whipping his towel off. Genius. "That's not a joke, that is a severe behavioural disorder".
Deb & Hilly. The girls were played by Suzanne Snyder and Judy Aronson.
A plumber. He's a plumber, he's into plumbing and well I guess he plumbs. Al (Gary's dad) also gets to deliver the line "Who is this Gary character?".
David Lee Roth. David Lee Roth went from fronting "Van Halen" to fronting "Dave T.V", tragic really.
Mitch. We met Mitch earlier in The Kandy Bar, at the party we see him serve Max and Ian. After Chet, Mitch is the best character in this film.
