Terry Gilliam. According to Internet Movie Data Base, Terry Gilliam rejected directing "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" because it seemed to be too difficult. Mr. Gilliam directed "Brazil", "Time Bandits" and wrote the "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" screenplay. He was the only American Monty Python member.

Kerosene. Everyone thought there wasn't a way to kill a toon. But Judge Doom found a way, when he created Dip.

Tinkerbell. Porky Pig, as a police officer, is trying to get everyone out of the Acme Factory and uses his "That's all folks!" line. Then, Tinkerbell comes along and zaps him out of the frame with her wand, flies off and the movie ends.
