|In order, what singles have been released so far from their debut album?||Audioslave
"Cochise", "Like A Stone", "Show Me How to Live", "I Am The Highway", "What You Are". The band's first single, "Cochise", was released in November 2002 and was a huge success that grabbed peoples attention, and gained Audioslave mainstream popularity.
|What is the last track on their self-titled debut album?||Audioslave
The Last Remaining Light. "The Last Remaining Light" is a softer song. Songs on the album have a wide range of style. Some have a very heavy riffy, raw in-your-face-rage-type sound, such as "Exploder", "Set It Off" and "Cochise", while others are softer such as "I Am The Highway", "Like A Stone", and "Getaway Car".
|Just before Audioslave was slotted to play Ozzfest 2002, Chris Cornell left the band. Why did he do this?||Audioslave
Trouble with his management company. Just as Audioslave were slotted to play Ozzfest 2002, Cornell abruptly resigned from the band, mainly due to the continuous disputes between his management company, Rebel Waltz, and the management of the other members, Q-Prime. Six weeks later, Cornell rejoined Audioslave just as they were putting the finishing touches on their debut album, and the restored lineup collectively hired a third management company to prevent future problems.
|Absolutely NO hints on this one whatsoever! What two bands formed to create Audioslave?||Audioslave
Soundgarden and Rage Against the Machine. Soundgarden split up in April 1997, and Rage Against the Machine disbanded in late 2000.
|What was the band originally going to be called?||Audioslave
Civilian. Although the newly formed quartet made it clear that they were not the new millennium's Soundgarden or RATM, they weren't sure what to call their new project after facing legal issues securing the band names Civilian and Audioslave, both which were already taken. But an unsigned British band already going by the moniker of Audioslave eventually struck a lucrative monetary deal that allowed the Cornell-fronted American band to also use the name.
Any religion. Almost every other anwser came from the same verse which goes, "We have more than everything, more than man and machine, more than luck, more than fiction, higher than any religion".
Canned applause.. The music video for "Doesn't Remind Me" is based on a little boy whose father dies in the army.
No wrong. Even though this song is called "The Worm" it doesn't even mention anything about worms, but it does talk about the changes that a person may go through trying to leave a bad lifestyle behind.
The sun. These are the lyrics to a part of the song that says: "Shipwreck the sun, I'm on your side. An army of one, onward we'll ride."
A Planet. Yep, on the cover of the album is a planet. It looks like it could be future Earth.
Serj Tankian. It's awesome, two of my favourite bands, and the some of the members are friends!
Cochise. This is my favourite song on the game. However, the vocalist is not Cornell so it's not as good as the actual version.
Exploder. Great line, from a great song. It talks about prison and false imprisonment.
Wide Awake. So far, this is the only politically motivated song by Audioslave, only time will tell if they become more politically driven.
Your Time Has Come. This is an awesome line, one of my favourites from the "Out Of Exile" CD.
Sound Of A Gun. This line is from "Sound of A Gun". Strangely enough, in "Drown Me Slowly", this verse is sung in the background during the "Don't let them keep you down" part. Try it out, its really cool.
anymore. This is one of my favourite songs off of "Out of Exile".
