Paint It Black. Vanessa Carlton has succesfully taken The Rolling Stones' legendary classic and given it her own special touch, reintroducing it to the modern world of music as well as to an audience of a new generation.
rain. "Pretty Baby", "Paradise", "Paint It Black" and "Twilight" are the only other songs on the ablum to refer to the weather with the use of the words "Storm" and "Sun".
one. The lyrics in "Prince" are very repetitive; however, this does not mean that it isn't one of the best songs on the whole album.
Wanted. The only musical instrument used in the original version of "Wanted" is the piano, while a number of different exotic percussion instruments plus strings were used in the "Ripe Mix".

owl. It's kind of hard to notice, but it can be seen right after the shot in which the group of Marathon runners are following Vanessa and her piano.

"Thousand Miles". "Thousand Miles" is track number 3 and was her first big hit.
It is hard. The whole quote is:

Guitar. Vanessa decided she would try a new instrument, instead of just playing the piano. So she took up the guitar.
Paint It Black. This is a cover version of the original Rolling Stones song.
Unsung. "Unsung" is the second track on the "Be Not Nobody" album. It is a bit more upbeat than some of the other songs.
A Thousand Miles. "A Thousand Miles" is the first single released and received Grammy nominations for Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
