Lou Gramn. Dennis Elliot was their drummer, Ed Gagliardi was the bass guitarist, and Al Greenwood was on the keyboards. Mick Jones was also with the band and played lead guitar. Gramn left the band in 1988 and Johnny Edwards took over lead vocals in 1991. Mick Jones has the most credits to his name overall, but did not start out as their lead singer.

Half of the band was American and half was English. Mick Jones, the "leader" of the band, suggested the name to their manager at the time, Bud Prager.
