What Did I Ever Give You. The Kaiser Chiefs won three BRIT Awards (British Rock Act, British Live Act and British Group) in 2006. They were also nominated for British Breakthrough Band and Best British Album (for "Employment").
Everything Is Average Nowadays. Mark Ronson produced a remake of 'Oh My God' in which Lily Allen sang. The Kaiser Chiefs appeared in the video for it as it became a UK Top Ten hit!
Love's Not A Competition (But I'm Winning). The Kaiser Chiefs played and opened the Philadelphia Live Eight Concert in 2005. They performed 'I Predict A Riot', 'Everday I Love You Less And Less' and 'Oh My God'. They played alongside Stevie Wonder, Black Eyed Peas, Kanye West, Bon Jovi and Will Smith!
Born To Be A Dancer. 'Born To Be A Dancer' featured in an episode of Torchwood called "Small Worlds". This episode is the first ever episode in which the Torchwood team are defeated!
Ruby. 'Ruby' was the Kaiser Chiefs' first UK Number one hit! It appeared on the popular video game 'Guitar Hero III' as a bonus track along with songs from bands like the Who, the Sex Pistols and Guns N' Roses!
Saturday Night. The motorbike that appeared in the video for this song is owned by Blur's singer-songwriter Graham Coxon. Kaiser Chiefs have been compared to Blur on many seperate occasions: Noel Gallagher called them a "Bad Blur" and the second album was described by Blur singer Damon Alborn as similar to his second album!
Na Na Na Na Naa. They renamed the band the 'Kaiser Chiefs' after the football club that former Leeds United player Lucas Radebe played for from 1990-94. He was captain at the club and is considered to be one of the best players to ever play for the club!
