'Mull of Kintyre'. 'Mull of Kintyre' was a huge hit in the UK, but was released as the flipside of 'Girls' School' in the US.
'Wild Life'. It was released in 1972, and had no hits taken off it.

'Flowers in the Dirt'. This song was co-written with Elvis Costello and was released as a single on May 10, 1989.
The Walrus. Billy Shears was introduced in 'With A Little Help From My Friends', people thought this was a way to introduce Paul's replacement, William, after he had supposedly been killed in a car crash. (Billy's here)
Paul. John and George were the first to try LSD when it was slipped into their coffee by George's dentist and it was believed that 'Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds' was written about the drug but John Lennon stated it was about a picture that his son Julian had drawn at school.

'Yesterday' and 'Hey Jude'. Like many Beatles compositions, the credits appear as Lennon/McCartney. 'Hey Jude' was written for Julian Lennon and started out as 'Hey Jules'. The words "scrambled eggs" were used in place of 'Yesterday' when it was being written (working title).
