Brighton and Hove Albion

Brighton United. The club was formed in 1897, and a year later played in the Southern League. The club then went bust and reformed as Brighton & Hove Rangers, but they disappeared before playing a game, and were replaced with Brighton & Hove United, who were forced to change the name to Brighton & Hove Albion shortly after.
John Jackson. Jackson managed the club between 1901-1905.
Bristol. Zamora never played a full game for Bristol, and was snapped up by Brighton after a brief loan spell at Bath City.
Gillingham's. Brighton played at the Goldstone Ground between 1902-97, then ground-shared Priestfield Stadium with Gillingham, before returning home to Brighton in the Withdean Stadium.
1920-1921. The club entered the Football League Division Three in the 1920-21 season, and finished 18th out of 22 teams.
