Warriors. This one is tricky, but when they moved to California, they did not change their name.
Philadelphia, PA. The Philadelphia Warriors were one of the original teams in the league, and they moved to San Fransisco in 1962 before they went to Oakland in 1971, and they never changed their Warriors name.
Syracuse Nationals. The Nationals came into the league in 1949, and moved in 1962.
New York Nets. New York Nets changed in 1977.
New Orleans. They moved in 1979.
Minneapolis, MN. They moved in 1959.

Packers. They had this name for only a year before they changed their name to the Zephyrs, and then changed towns and names again.
Chicago, IL. They came into the league in 1961 in Chicago, and in 1962 they moved to Maryland.
16th. Of the 13 finals played from 1957 to 1969 they won all of them except 1958 (lost) and 1967 (did not make finals), then followed wins in 1974, 1976, 1981, 1984, and their 16th was in 1986.
Philadelphia Warriors. They beat the Chicago Stags 4-1.
1947. 1946-47 was the first NBA season.
Buffalo, NY. They moved from Buffalo to LA, and changed their name from the Braves to the Clippers. They then made a trip to San Diego and came back to LA again.
Syracuse. The Sixers moved to Philadelphia in 1963, right after the Warriors left there for San Franscisco.
Nationals. The Syracuse Nationals were in the NBA when it first appeared in 1946.
Huskies. They were only around for the first season of the NBA in 1946, until the Raptors came along in 1996.
Washington Wizards. They were known as the Bullets until 1997.
Fort Wayne. They used to be known as the Fort Wayne Pistons until 1957.
Hornets. The Hornets had moved from Charlotte to New Orleans after the 2001-2002 season. This was New Orleans' first team since the Jazz left in 1974.
Los Angeles Clippers. After Buffalo, the Braves moved to San Diego in 1978 and changed their names to Clippers. In 1984, they moved to Los Angeles to join the Lakers.
Kentucky. They started out as the Rochester Royals in 1948-1957 until moving to Cincinnati in 1957-1972. After that they headed to Kansas City-Omaha, and changing their name to Kings from 1972-1975. Then proceeded to Kansas City from 1975-1985. In 1985, they landed in their 2004 home of Sacramento.
Washington Wizards. This team was the Chicago Zephyrs before finally landing in Washington.
Nowhere, they have always been in Chicago, Illinois. The Bulls started out as the expansion Chicago Bulls in 1966.
Philadelphia Warriors. The Golden State Warriors started out as a BAA team in 1946 as the Philadelphia Warriors, then moved to San Francisco in 1962 to become the San Francisco Warriors, but then they moved to Oakland in 1971 to become the Golden State Warriors.
