Tim Duncan. Duncan was named to the NBA All-Star Team and needless to say, he ran away with the NBA Rookie of the Year award. For the season, Duncan averaged 21.1 points (12th in the NBA), 11.9 rebounds (3rd), 2.51 blocks (6th), and led all NBA players with 57 double-doubles.
