2nd. Tony competed in the Belleville Midget Nationals for several years trying to get this on his list of major race accomplishments, but was only able to come home with a 2nd place finish in 1997. Another Nascar driver won the midget nationals that year in Belleville. Jason Leffler got to come home with the victory that evening over Tony.
