American Idol: Season 3
Leah Labelle. Leah was kicked out one week after the Wild Card show, in which she was Paula's pick.
LaToya London. Randy told LaToya that she had done the best performance of the entire year.
"Lean on Me". George Huff came in third for group four. Paula chose him to be on the Wild Card show. After that show, Simon chose him to be in the top twelve.
"One Last Cry". Camile won her week with 27.8% of the votes. Matthew Rogers came in second place with 27%.

Hawaii. Simon dubbed Jon Peter Lewis a "pen salesman".
Fantasia Barrino. Fantasia won with 23% of the votes. She sang "Something To Talk About".
Jennifer Hudson. This was a shocking end to this particular show because the judges had led everyone to believe that Jennifer, LaToya, and Fantasia would be in the top in the end. Fantasia was in the bottom two with Jennifer, she told Jennifer that she was her "American Idol".
In the most shocking elimination yet, Ryan divided the contestants into two groups. In Group A he placed Latoya, Jennifer, and Fantasia. In Group B he placed Diana, Jasmine, John all together. Group A. Based upon the judges' comments George assumed like almost everyone else in the crowd that Group A with the, so-called divas, had the highest amount of votes. He was wrong though, the divas received the lowest percentage of votes that night.

Latoya London. Simon said that he could tell by watching Latoya that she knew she had that confidence in her to win and be the next idol winner.
Mandy. By far this was John's best performance of the competition. The judges thought that he fell short, but the audience did not agree with them. He seemed the most comfortable on stage during this performance.
Quentin Tarantino. Quentin was very enthusiastic about being on the show because he is such a big fan. He seems to be the only judge so far this season that can give Simon a run for his money.
Jon Peter Lewis. Jon Peter Lewis best know as the pen salesman became the fifth victim of season three.
Jon Peter, John, and Diana. Diana was sent back to safety, leaving Jon Peter and John in the bottom two for the evening.
George Huff. George Huff sang one of my favorite songs of all-time "Against All Odds" from the movie soundtrack with the same name. It wasn't his best performance of the competition according to the judges.
Fantasia Barrino. Fantasia sat on the stage for her whole rendition of the "Porgy and Bess" tune "Summertime". Randy and Paula gave her a standing ovation.
Quentin Tarantino. Quentin Tarantino is a big fan of the show especially of Jasmine Trias. His film credits include "Pulp Fiction"; "Jackie Brown";
and "Kill Bill Vol 1".

Excruciating. Simon said it was absolutely excruciating to watch. I guess that the audience didn't agree with him on this because he wasn't even sent to the bottom three following that performance.
Camile. Camile Velasco and fellow Hawaiian, Jasmine Trias, were in the bottom two for the evening. Camile ultimately became the 4th contestant voted out of the competition.
Amy Adams. Amy Adams is a 24-year old make-up artist from California. Songs that she sang on "American Idol" included "Dancing in the Streets" and "Sin Wagon".
Ashford and Simpson. Nick Ashford and Valerie Simpson were the guest judges on Mowtown night. Their hits have included "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" and "Solid".
Camile Velasco. Camille sang this Eagles song. Her trademark has been a rainbow colored band on her left wrist.

a cat. I believe he said that her hair addition looked like a dead cat. He thought, along with Randy, that it was a terrible choice for her to get extensions to her extremely short hair.

No. Simon has produced, "Cupid", another reality dating show, as well as a new show coming to British television called "The X-Factor". This show will audition all age groups, from 16-30. The name comes from Cowell's term, "you just don't have it." Simon calls "it" the X-factor.
