 American Idol: Season 7

One Republic. David Archuleta and One Republic performed "Apologized". At the end of the show, David Archuleta was the runner up to David Cook.
"The Time of My Life". At the end of the show, David Cook was announced the newest "American Idol" winner. There was approximately 97.5 million votes and David Cook won by over 12 million votes.
