Snowball Merriman. Snowball is played by Nicole Faraday. Nicole has also appeared in 'Casualty'. Snowball was in prison for drug smuggling.

Reene Williams. Reene is played by Alison Newman. Alison has appeared in 'Rocket Man', 'Footballers' Wives' and 'Family Affairs'. Reene only appeared in two episodes and then died from an allergic reaction to nuts.
Al McKenzie. Al is played by Pauline Campball. Pauline has also appeared in 'Casualty'. Al was the second person from the Peckham Boot Gang to die.
Julie Johnston. Julie Johnston is played by Kika Mirylees. Kika has also appeared in 'The Bill', 'Casualty' and 'Red Dwarf'. Julie has been in 'Bad Girls' since series one, with her best mate Julie Saunders.
Grade 1. Helen started at Grade 5 - Wing Governor in the very first episode of series 1, "Them and Us". She then became a Lifers' Liason Officer, which is Grade 4, in series 2, episode 7 - "The Set-Up". And finally, she went on to be Governing Governor - Grade 1, in series 3, episode 10 - "Chapel Of Love". I'm not sure what Grade 3 consists of.
Gardening. Helen and Sean were briefly engaged, until Helen broke it off in episode 10 - "Love Hurts". She told Sean that she didn't love him, after realising her feelings for Nikki after their kiss the night, and episode, before. She returned to Larkhall, and he followed. He set his wedding suit over a post in the prison garden and set fire to it, dropping Helen's key on the floor before walking away.
Thomas . Dr Thomas Waugh was a friend to Helen, and when she ended her relationship with Nikki in episode 12 - "Tough Love", she rebounded straight into his arms. It was up to Fenner to reveal Helen and Nikki's affair to Thomas, and Thomas broke it off with Helen in episode 16 - "Coming Out".
Nurse's uniform. Although all of these were found, except the book, the nurse's uniform was the one in Helen's filing cabinet. The book found was actually in Nikki's cell, with a message from Helen. All of these gave Fenner enough evidence of Helen and Nikki's relationship to make Helen quit her job. This happened in series 3, episode 15 - "Cat And Mouse".
Sexual assault report. When Helen had left Larkhall in Series 3, episode 16 - "Coming Out", Karen found an envelope on her desk. Inside the envelope was a report entitled, "Statement of sexual assault, commited by Jim Fenner against Helen Stewart".
Gossard. We first found out his name in series 1, episode 4 - "The Victim". DC Gossard had attempted to rape Trisha, so Nikki smashed a broken bottle over his head. He just laughed at her, so she stuck what was left of it in his neck, which killed him. In her original statement, Nikki said that "there was a hell of a lot of blood, and I didn't regret one drop of it". We first heard this statement in series 2, episode 7 - "The Set-Up", when Helen was reading Nikki's file.
in the potting shed. Helen went to see Nikki in the shed, and wondered why Nikki seemed so bothered about the engagement. When asked what it was all about, Nikki responded by saying, "It's about this", and pulled Helen's hand up onto her breast. Helen was horrified and pulled away, running out of the shed. This was in series 1, episode 7 - "Playing With Fire".
Femi. When Nikki took a stand for Nigerian inmate Femi in episode 11 - "Battle Lines", the Peckam Boot Gang developed it into a riot that spiralled out of control. Helen was furious with Nikki for letting the riot happen and ended their relationship in the following episode.
Library. Helen walked in on Nikki and Caroline's first kiss in the library in series 3, episode 12 - "Tough Love". Helen seemed jealous, and Nikki reminded her who had ended their relationship. Nikki told Helen that she had no right to have any views on her relationship with Caroline, and she stormed out of the library.
Manslaughter - 3 years. Because Nikki had already served a sentence three years inside, she was set free from the Appeal Court. This was in series 3, episode 16 - "Coming Out".
G3. Helen and Nikki's first kiss, long-awaited for by viewers, occured in Nikki's cell on G3 in series 1, episode 9 - "Pay Back Time". Helen let herself into Nikki's cell, looking for some comfort after she was getting hassle from both sides - from her officers and from Stubberfield. Nikki responded with her heart instead of her head and planted a kiss on her. after a moment of hesitation, Helen left.

Episode 2 - "Shit Happens". Helen waited by the prison van when Nikki was brought out but refuses to tell her where she was being sent. As the van pulled away, Helen had trouble holding back the tears. She was later seen in her office caressing the photograph attached to Nikki’s file. Nikki was returned to Larkhall, where Helen told her she was resigning.
Nikki's solicitor. Nikki found the letter from her solicitor and found out that her request for an appeal had been turned down. Realising she'll be facing at least another ten years inside, Nikki told Helen she's not returning to Larkhall. Helen knew this was wrong and dialled 999.
Episode 2 - "Drug Wars". Zandra first appeared in the second ever episode of Bad Girls. She arrived at Larkhall at the same time as Monica Lindsey.
Robin. We found out his name and first met Robin in series 1, episode 3 - "Love Rival". Zandra and Robin planned to get married while she was inside. But when the Julies were fitting Zandra for her wedding dress, she received some bad news - Robin had got engaged to another girl on the outside!

Dominic and Lorna . This was in series 1, episode 4 - "The Victim". At the abortion clinic, Zandra faked a tearful breakdown, so Lorna went to find a nurse. As soon as Lorna was out of sight, Zandra escaped to go see Robin.
Lorna Rose. The blackmail started in series 1, episode 6 - "A Big Mistake". Zandra threatened to tell both Wing Governor Helen Stewart and Governing Governor Simon Stubberfield about her escape from the abortion clinic. But if Lorna brought some drugs in for her, she'd keep her mouth shut.

Sylvia. A reluctant Sylvia accompanied Dominic as Zandra's escorts to hospital. As Dominic waited outside, Sylvia helped Zandra get through the pain of bringing Robbie into the world. Robin turned up just in time to see the birth of his son.

Fenner. All of the choices, except Crystal, actually joined Zandra on the roof. Fenner was the first to join her and tried to get her down, without success. Helen was next to get on the roof and persuaded Zandra to hand baby Robbie to her. When Helen had hold of the baby, Zandra made an attempt to jump, but was pulled back by Dominic, who was creeping across the roof from the other direction.
Malignant brain tumour. Zandra was diagnosed and needed an urgent scan. To try and help ease the pain, Barbara persuaded Nikki to give her some cannabis from the garden. Nikki reluctantly agreed, but when Barbara gave it to Crystal, it was thrown straight in the bin.
