      Joanne Froggatt. Teen mother Rachel was played by ex 'Coronation Street' star Joanne Froggatt. Rachel was the subject of vicious bullying at the hands of Shell, jealous because of the attention Fenner was giving her. In addition to her child being taken away as a result of an extended sentence for drug dealing, Rachel decided the only way out was to kill herself, before Shell got there first.

      She served contaminated oysters. Shaz contaminated a tray of oysters with bad juice from an old tray in the restaurant where she worked. This was meant to get back at her boss, but it backfired when the oysters killed two pensioners and a pregnant woman. She is now serving a life sentence for triple murder.
