Riley Freeman. Riley Freeman, also voiced by Regina King, is meant to be a polar opposite of Huey. Whereas Huey hates the gangsta culture, Riley loves and embraces it.

Robert Freeman. Robert Freeman is voiced by John Witherspoon. Seeing his involvement in civil rights actually makes for some of the funniest scenes in the show. In one episode, we see him sitting next to Rosa Parks on the Montgomery bus. When the bus driver asks her to move, he refuses to move as well. For the remainder of the scene, Robert is pretty much ignored as Rosa is arrested and becomes the hero.

Tom DuBois. Tom DuBois, voiced by Cedric Yarbrough, is an assistant district attorney, just like the question stated. It's been assumed that he only follows the straight and narrow because of his fear of...well, that which happens in prison showers.

Jazmine DuBois. Jazmine DuBois, voiced by Gabby Soleil, is Tom DuBois' daughter. She's extremely naive, though insanely hardworking. It's usually Huey who brings her down to earth.

Ed Wuncler III. Ed Wuncler III, voiced by Charlie Murphy, is a wigger. That means he's a white guy who acts like an exaggerated black guy.

Ed Wuncler. Ed Wuncler, voiced by Ed Asner, is an extremely wealthy man. In one episode, he buys Jasmine's lemonade stand, and proceeds to work her to exhaustion.

Gin Rummi. Gin Rummi, voiced by Samuel L. Jackson, is a parody of two things. First, his dialogue is a parody of that of Jules Winfield from "Pulp Fiction" (also played by Jackson). Second, his name, appearance, and mannerisms are a parody of Donald Rumsfeld.

H. Stinkmeaner. H. Stinkmeaner was a one-time character, voiced by Jim Meskimen. He survived cancer, though it's suggested that the only reason he did was so that he could keep insulting people.
Jebediah. Robert Jebediah Freeman, also known as Granddad, moved Huey and Riley Freeman from Illinois to Woodcrest, a white suburb. Robert loves women and orange juice.
Ronald Reagan. He thinks Ronald Wilson Reagan is the devil because each of his names has six letters. He also believes that Jesus was black and that the government is lying about 9/11.
"The Trial of R. Kelly". Jazmine is a strong believer in Santa Claus and once had a dream that she preached a sermon about him. She seems to have a crush on Huey although he isn't always really nice to her. Jazmine owned a lemonade stand and wished to own a pony on "The Block Is Hot".
Ed Wuncler III. Ed Wuncler III is an ex-soldier who was in the war in Iraq. In "Garden Party" he shows Riley all of his guns. He tells Riley to shoot him with his bullet proof vest on. Riley then says, "say hello to my little friend", and shoots Ed out of the window. Gin Rummy is Ed's best friend.
Gangstalicious. Gangstalicious is Riley's favorite rapper. He is shot at a concert performing his new single, "I Got Shot". Riley thought Gangstalicious was a real "gangsta" rapper, but it turned out Gangstalicious was homosexual and not really "gangsta" at all.
The Adventures of Black Jesus. The play was finally produced and it was very over budget. The teacher got fired for being "an irresponsible white person" and allowing Huey to make the play. In this episode Riley attempted to make Santa "pay what he owe" by becoming the "Santa Stalker".
"Pimp My Ride". He made a video and sent it to Xzibit. He pretended that Granddad was blind because he just bought new sunglasses. This eventually resulted in Granddad forgetting to pretend he was blind and MTV leaving the house in ruins. The Freeman family was left to sleep in the car that they now had to pay for.
Ruckus . Granddad accused Ruckus of being as black as the ace of spades during a game of checkers in the park. This was also when Ruckus told Granddad that he had re-vitiligo.

Morgan Freeman. Riley made this statement about Martin Luther King after Granddad told him to go and wash the dishes. He thought he was an actor named Morgan Freeman and that he should wash the dishes because he got a free meal.

Ed Wuncler. Ed said this to Jazmine because she had all of her "E's" backwards on her lemonade sign. She said it was supposed to be cute so he asked her this question in response. Huey. Huey said this in the "Story of Gangstalicious" when Gangstalicious got shot and Riley asked what they were going to do. In this episode, Riley went to the hospital to see Gangstalicious and ended up at a crime scene where men attempted to kill Gangstalicious. One of these men was apparently Gangstalicious' boyfriend.

2. As a result of eating at Granddad's restaurant, Janet ended up on the Kathy show with the title "Soul Food Ruined my Life". Janet had to get back to her normal weight with the help of two liposuction procedures and emergency gastrointestinal surgery.

WZIV. The police mistook the orange safety wallet Ruckus keeps in his pocket for a gun and shot him 118 times and beat him. They offered him a seven figure settlement, but he turned it down only wanting to fulfill his childhood dream of being a police officer.
Ed Wuncler III. Ed Wuncler III represents George W. Bush and Gin Rummy represents Donald Rumsfeld. The show parodies the Iraq war. It even says in "Garden Party" that Ed Wuncler III will be the future president of the USA.
