Fulcrum. Bryce was recruited by Fulcrum to destroy the intersect, however, once he had destroyed it, he sent it to Chuck because he needed to send it to someone outside the agency that he could trust. Sand Wall was the mission to get the intersect.
Peyman Alahi. In "Chuck vs. the Wookie," Sarah's friend Karina comes to town and wants to steal a diamond worth millions. This cause a lot of problems to team Chuck! Peyman Alahi, who looked like a wookie with his shirt off, was the guy holding it for the group.
Professor Fleming. In "Chuck vs. the Alma Mater," Chuck returns to Stanford to face his fear of returning to the place that kicked him out. Fleming was a recruiter for the CIA and wanted to recruit Chuck. However, Chuck was expelled from Stanford before he was recruited.
Ilsa. In the beginning of "Chuck vs the Undercover Lover," we see Casey with a beautiful girl, who ends up dying in an explosion. Later in the episode, we find out she was not killed, and is actually a spy for the French government.
