Treat Williams. Tom Amandes plays Dr. Harold Abbott, John Beasley plays Irv Harper, and Gregory Smith plays Ephram Brown. I think Treat Williams does a tremendous job as Dr. Brown!

Edna. The bridge was called the Kissing Bridge because couples liked to smooch there. Edna Poole had experienced a lot of life-changing moments on that bridge, including her wedding proposal. In the end, Edna blew the bridge up, because she learned not to dwell in the past. (I know, I know, sounds a little far-fetched that she blew the bridge up, but she's no ordinary old lady!)

Magilla and Delia were caught playing dress-up together.. The deeper reason is that when Magilla was born, he wasn't fullly physically defined as a boy or girl. When Magilla and Delia were caught playing dress-up together, Magilla's mom thought that Magilla wanted to be a girl instead, and didn't want him to know of his birth situation. Why was Dr. Brown hesitant to operate on Colin Hart? | "Everwood" II
He had a personal stake in the outcome of the operation.. Back when Dr. Brown was a neurosurgeon in New York City, he did not know his patients that well. Now, in Everwood, he knows and cares about the people (Amy Abbott, the Harts, and his own son, Ephram) who want a positive outcome in Colin's surgery, and he does not want to fail them. Also, it was the first time that the particular operation would be performed.
