Answer: Cochran
Interesting Information:Jesse's last name was Cochran in only the first season. In all the rest of the seasons it was Katsopolis. The reason it was changed is because John Stamos' character Jesse was supposed to be Greek just like John Stamos. So, John Stamos asked the producers if the last name could be changed to Katsopolis to support the Greek heritage.
