flushes them down the toilet. When Kaz is washing up, his glasses fall off his head and into the toilet. Kaz does not realize his glasses are gone, even though he can't see anything right.
car wash. Even though Kaz can not see anything, he still gets behind the wheel. Thinking he is making a turn at an intersection, Kaz instead turns into a car wash. The cats, who had climbed outside the bus to avoid Kaz's recklessness inside, were very startled and beat up afterwards, but very clean as well.
cats. Feeling like he needs a new look, Kaz searches around the bus for a wig. Still without his glasses, he just grabs the first fuzzy thing he feels, which happens to be both of the cats. Kaz grabs them both and puts them on top of his head; he even combs them like hair.
Tekirai and Jeng Kang. The names of the cats do not come up much, but they have been mentioned before. You can also see them printed on the cats' food dishes inside the bus.
abandoned them. During one stop the night before, Kaz was frantically searching the trunk for his favorite toy. To get to it, he first piled the instruments up by the side of the road, but forgot about them when he found his toy. Kaz then drove off without the instruments.
teddy bear. The flashback is of Kaz throwing the instruments out of the bus. The toy he was looking for in the process was an old teddy bear from his childhood, which does not play another important role in the episode.
salesman. When Ami and Yumi realize the instruments are gone, they begin to get angry at Kaz. Shortly, a salesman walks up to them and sells them a robot, which is programmed with the sounds of many instruments.
Jim Ross 9000. Salesman: "The Jim Ross 9000 will crush you like peanuts beneath an elephant's feet, like sticks under a lumberjack's boot, like... "
Yumi: "Yeah, yeah, yeah, we get it."
battle of the bands. Ami and Yumi use the machine to perform their concert for them, but the machine soon takes over and forces them off the stage. The girls then find some spare instruments and challenge the machine to a battle of the bands to see who the crowd likes better. The machine then chases after the salesman who built it, upset over its failure.
8 months. The girls are driving down the road when Yumi consults the calendar. She then remarks to Ami that they have been on tour for 8 months staight and could use a vacation.
10 years. In typical Kaz fashion, Kaz gives the girls tickets for the cruise ship, but does not tell them that he has booked them for a gig and not a vacation. Shortly after boarding, Ami and Yumi run into the captain, who tells them he is looking forward to their ten year run with the cruise liner.
soft, softer, and softest. When Ami and Yumi are exploring the ship, which is hosting a seniors cruise, they come across a buffet. All the food is a light yellow substance, and the three trays are labled soft, softer, and softest.
calls Kaz a baboon. Kaz: "I've got a surprise for you."
Ami: "You got us a gig on a cruise ship?"
Yumi: "You're really a baboon and you're sailing back to your rain forest home?"
Kaz: "Ho and ho. No and no."
fossil. Yumi: (About Silky) "Where did they dig up that old fossil?"
