Highlander
Kalas. Kalas kills Fitzcairn for the 'final' time in the episode 'Star-Crossed'. Duncan is not allowed to interfere.
Rebecca Lord. The episode is 'Revenge Is Sweet'. Three of the four female characters in this question are played by musicians (Rebecca Lord was played by Vanity, Annie Devlin was played by Sheena Easton, and Felica Martins was played by Joan Jett).
Haresh Clay. The episode is 'End of Innocence'. Haresh Clay kills Graham Ash (one of Duncan's mentors).
Warren Cochrane. Duncan spared Warren Cochrane's life in 'Through A Glass Darkly'. Duncan killed Ritchie Ryan by accident('Archangel'). He killed Sean Burns while under the influence of the dark quickening ('Deliverance'). He also killed John Garrick in self defense, as Garrick had gone mad ('Shadows').
Darius. Darius is killed by renegade Watchers in 'The Hunters'.
Cassandra. Cassandra strikes out against Methos in 'Comes A Horseman'.
Mysterious Circle. Duncan ignores his conventional training and does something unorthodox in order to win this fight. Possibly one of the best fights in the Highlander series.
Counterfeit Part 2. In 'Counterfeit Part 2', Horton is killed by Duncan. In 'Unholy Alliance Part 2', Horton is shot by Joe Dawson, but no body is found. In 'Armaggedon', Duncan uses non-violence to kill Ahriman, a demon who takes the form of Horton. In 'The Watchers', Horton is stabbed by Duncan (as Duncan is 'dying'), and there is no body when he 'revives'.
Ian Bancroft. Ian Bancroft talks to Joe Dawson right after immortal Andrew Cord pulls Joe out of the water and gets him to the field hospital. Jack Shapiro, as you might know, was the Watcher who ordered the death of Joe Dawson.
Mark Roszca. Mark Roszca killed Tessa in 'The Darkness', but we do not know his name until 'Leader Of The Pack'. Caleb kidnaps Tessa in 'Mountain Men'. Slan stalks Duncan and Tessa in 'The Gathering'.
Methos. Methos is the oldest living Immortal, believed by many to be legend. He took his first head approximately 5000 years ago. Before that, 'it all starts to blur.'
Finale. Known as Watcher Adam Pierson by most people, he reveals his Immortality to Christine Salzer, wife of a murdered Watcher, who plans to reveal everything about Immortals and the Game to the press. She has a copy of the Watcher Chronicles on CD-ROM.
Death. Pestilence was Kronos -- he was fond of viruses. It's never clarified who Silas and Caspian were, but tall, skinny, Caspian was probably Famine, while shorter, stocky Silas was probably War.
Alexa. He finds out from Joe that Alexa is dying, but rather than discourage him, he is determined to make sure Alexa lives to the fullest what time she has left.

Shoots him. Methos thinks that Duncan is going to get himself killed going up against Steven Keane, so he shoots Duncan to temporarily kill him and takes his place for the duel. Duncan comes to and stops Methos from killing Keane by threatening to kill Methos if he does.
Adam Pierson. Until the end of the fourth season (episodes 'Judgment Day' and 'One Minute To Midnight'), the Watchers think that Adam Pierson is mortal. He is their Methos researcher, and makes sure he never gets found.

Edan. When Edan was born, Peter and his wife, Carolyn, asked fans not to send gifts, but to make donations to charity in Edan's name. All donations to 'Project Edan,' which is run through Peter's official website, go to UNICEF's Growing Up Alone Campaign, which assists children who have lost their parents to poverty, AIDS, and war.
Cardiff Wales . He was born on September 5, 1962, in Cardiff and grew up in Grangetown, which he describes as 'a dingy suburb of a small town in Wales.'
Duncan. In "The Gathering", when Duncan went to the police station to see Richie for breaking into his store, the sergeant explained Richie said he heard a noise coming from the store, and saw three men with swords drawn. Naturally, Duncan decided to make it appear as Richie was just lying.
Duncan. Duncan said this in "Money No Object", after a bomb Cory planned on using for an armored car blew up in Duncan's car, while he was in it.
