heaven captured . 'Joanie Loves Chachi' first aired on network television on March 23, 1982. It starred Scott Baio and Erin Moran. It was a spin-off of 'Happy Days'. There are several different versions of this theme song. However, the writers, directors, and producers decided to take the longer version and cut it down to this one that I have used in the quiz. Their tambourines. In this episode, the Fonz and Louisa bring the kids their tambourines. The Fonz gets tricked into playing the part of Chachi's dad. This only happens because the show 'Twist Fever' wants a family band. Joanie says they are a family band, The Arcola Family Band. Chachi's stepfather, Al, shows up and feels like he's not loved by Chachi. Needless to say, they get a spot on the show, only because they tell the truth that they are not a family band.

Posing Nude. This all started because Chachi was jealous. Joanie told him that she might have to miss rehearsal so she could go out for coffee with her art professor. Naturally Chachi becomes jealous, so he sneaks into the art class, and ties up the guy who is supposed to pose in the nude. Chachi has no idea that the model is required to be nude until the curtain is pulled away and he is asked to take off his clothes. This has got to be one of the funniest episodes.

Shrimp marinara. Chachi complains about Joanie's cooking. He has a talk with his Uncle Rico and his stepfather, Al. They both inform him that he must give praise no matter how bad the cooking really is. At the same time, Joanie is getting cooking advice from Louisa. Louisa teaches Joanie how to make shrimp marinara, unaware that the shipment of shrimp that the restaurant just received is bad. Needless to say, Joanie makes the dish and Chachi eats it, telling Joanie how great it tastes. Of course, he gets sick from the bad shrimp.

Nancy. He plays basketball with Nancy. Of course you know that she beats Chachi, thus knocking his ego down a few notches. Basketball star Nancy Lieberman guest-stars as Joanie's friend Nancy.
Delvecchio's. Al Delvecchio owned Arnold's, in 'Happy Days'. Al purchased the restaurant from the orignal owner, Arnold. Arnold's burned down and Al and Fonzie joined forces to re-open Arnold's. Al started seeing Chachi's mom and they eventually married. Al sold his share of Arnold's to Fonzie. He and Louisa moved to Chicago, IL to open a restaurant, Delvecchio's. Joanie and Chachi followed them there with their band.
Arcola. This was mentioned in 'Happy Days.' Chachi and Fonzie are cousins. Fonzie and Chachi's mom, Louisa, are aunt and nephew.
Mario, Annette, and Bingo. Mario and Annette were Chachi's cousins (his Uncle Rico's children). Bingo was hired by Joanie and Chachi when they held auditions for drummers to complete the band. If you believed Chachi's cousins, they had all the talent and Joanie and Chachi had none. Yeah, right!
