Kathryn Janeway
Bloomington Indiana . This was established in the episode "Hope And Fear" by Seven of Nine.
Amelia Earhart. Amelia Earhart was one of her idols and she even met her in the episode "The 37's". Da Vinci was another of her favourites, she had a holodeck program about him on Voyager (established in "Scorpion, Part I").
Phoebe. Phoebe was the artist of the family. We find out a lot about her in Jeri Taylor's book "Mosaic."
Tennis. She played tennis in high school, but afterwards didn't play for 19 years. She played again for the first tim in "Future's End, Part 1"
Drowning. He drowned in 2358. Kathryn grieved deeply after that as she was very close to him.
Molly. Her former fiance, Mark, took care of Molly for her when she left with Voyager.
Mark Johnson . His last name was never established on screen, only in scripts (that's why there are two answers to this question). In 2374, when communication with Starfleet was possible again, she got a message from Mark in which he told her had married a co-worker in the time she had been gone.
Knitting. She enjoyed knitting, honestly. She even made a monogrammed blanket for, then newborn, Naomi Wildman.
Crossing warp 10 threshold. She and Tom Paris crossed the warp ten barrier together and evolved into amphibious creatures. In this state she and Tom mated, producing three amphibious children. They later left those children on a planet in the Delta Quadrant.
Al-Batani. Janeway served on the Al-Batani. This was one of the first things she told Tom (“Caretaker”).
Four years. Tuvok mentioned he had known Janeway for four years (“Phage”).
"Coda". What J/Cer can forget the scenes of Chakotay trying CPR on Janeway in “Coda”? Sure, she was pretty much dead, but it’s as close as we got to a kiss!
"Resolutions". They were supposed to in “Resolutions”, but someone cut it out, and is now being bombarded with hatred from J/Cers.
"11:59". Janeway’s ancestors were seen in “11:59”, an episode about Y2K.
"Mosaic". Jeri Taylor, co-creator of the show, wrote “Mosaic”, about Janeway’s life. She also wrote “Pathways”, about the other officers.
"The Cloud". Janeway was very coffee-focused during “The Cloud”.
Science. Janeway was on the science track. She switched to command after she’d graduated.
"Repression". In “Repression”, the former Maquis had been brainwashed and took over the ship. Chakotay told Tuvok to kill Janeway, and B’Elanna couldn’t care less about Tom, her new husband.
