    Lost Room

    Anna's father, Joe, struggles with Anna's abductors. Anna manages to escape. However, something happens to Anna. What ensues after Anna's escape?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      Anna disappears after the room is reset.. During the struggle with Anna's captors, Anna spots the key on the ground. She picks it up and flees. She opens a door with the key and enters the motel room. Unfortunately, she is overtaken by her captor and he wrests the key from her. Anna disappears in the room after it is reset by her captor. Subsequently, Joe must now find a way to find his daughter.

    This character owns pawn shops and dry cleaning stores. He owns the pawn shop where two murders take place. What is his name?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      Karl Kreutzfeld. Karl Kreutzfeld, portrayed by Kevin Pollak, has achieved affluence, primarily through the success of his dry cleaning business. When questioned by Joe, he denies knowledge of the key.

    Some objects are quite innocuous and serve trivial purposes. On the other hand, some objects are extremely valuable and useful. Is it true that the pencil is one of the most valuable objects?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      No. At the restaurant, Wally describes some of the objects to Joe. Wally tells Joe about the pencil and the umbrella, as well as the key. The pencil simply produces a 1961 penny when the eraser end of the pencil is struck against a surface.

    In an effort to obtain the pivotal object, Joe's daughter, Anna, is kidnapped. Who abducts Anna?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      Howard Montague. After Wally informs Joe of the dangers of having the motel room key, Joe realizes that Anna may be in jeopardy. He rushes back to the hospital only to discover that she has been released in the custody of Howard Montague, who posed as Anna's father. Howard Montague is known as, "the Weasel," and is unscrupulous in his quest to obtain objects from the motel room.

    The owner of the bus ticket appears to be rather down on his luck, but he has encyclopedic knowledge of the motel room objects. Who is it?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      Wally Jabrowski. After having sent Joe back to New Mexico three times, Joe finally manages to disable Wally. They sit down at a restaurant and Joe demands to know more about the key and its properties, as well as the other objects. Wally is reluctant to divulge any information, but finally relents, since he wants his bus ticket back.

    The bus ticket has a special property. It is singular in nature and sometimes humorous. What does it do?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      It transports the targeted person to a place near Gallup, New Mexico.. When the ticket makes contact with a person, it transports that person to a location, just outside of Gallup, New Mexico, on the famous Route 66. The targeted person appears to fall from the sky and lands, somewhat uncomfortably, face down on the ground.

    Who comes to the police station, claiming to be Iggy's sister?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      Jennifer Bloom. Jennifer Bloom has come to the police station, posing as Iggy's sister, in order to claim his effects. She is aware of the existence of the key and the power that it possesses.

    What is the name of the person who takes possession of a special object from Iggy?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      Detective Joe Miller. Detective Joe Miller is the protagonist of the series. Somehow, Iggy took possession of the key, and now wants to be free of it. However, Iggy is shot by assailants after the key. Iggy enters a room and transports himself to Joe Miller's place. Iggy is mortally wounded, but before dying, hands the key over to Joe.

    At least one hundred objects from the motel room have particular powers and specialties. What special property does the pen possess?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      It emits a burst of microwave energy.. The pen is a powerful weapon of destruction. The tip of the pen, essentially microwaves the target, upon contact. Practically no one can survive the effect of the pen. The pen has a slightly different effect on inanimate objects. The pen may also violently propel people, when touched with the tip.

    An exchange is taking place in a pawn shop. A sum of two million dollars is transferred to the account of the holders of a certain object. What is this object?"The Lost Room": Part 1

      the motel room key. The key is the most powerful object from the motel room. It allows the holder to open any door, anywhere. Having entered another room, the user may then transport themselves to any location that they can envision.

    Someone sees Joe standing over Lou Destefano with a gun. Lou has been fatally shot. Who actually shot Lou?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      Dr. Martin Ruber. Dr. Martin Ruber has become engrossed with the motel room objects. He meets with Lou and Joe. Ruber wants to see a demonstration of the key. Joe complies and opens a door with the key, revealing the motel room. Suddenly, Ruber goes into a frenzy and demands to have the key. Joe says that he must have the key in order to rescue his daughter. In a rage, Ruber shoots Lou. Helen, Ruber's wife, observes Joe, with a gun, standing over the unconscious Ruber and the fatally wounded Lou. Ruber wakes up and reports the murder of Lou. He blames Joe.

    Joe and Montague conspire to enter Karl Kreutzfeld's very well secured home and steal one of the objects. Which object is it?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      the clock. Montague and Joe collaborate to enter Kreutzfeld's home and abscond with the clock. Montague believes that the clock is the Prime Object. Further, Montague contends that in conjunction with the key, the clock may be used to find Joe's daughter.

    Joe tracks down Howard Montague, otherwise known as the Weasel, and makes a deal with him. Joe will give Howard the key, when Joe's daughter is safely returned. What is Howard's former occupation?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      philosophy professor. Joe notices a copy of "Being and Nothingness," by Sartre. He asks Montague, "You really read this stuff?" Montague replies that he used to teach it, before he was fired. He uses the phrase, "unjustly terminated." Montague proceeds to show Joe a detailed map of the objects and their relationships. He suggests that there is a Prime Object.

    There are a number of cabals or secret groups that have particular missions involving the motel room and its contents. Which group's purpose is to collect the objects and destroy them?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      The Legion. The Legion is dedicated to collecting the objects and destroying them all. However, this can't be accomplished without possession of the key. One of the tenets of The Legion is that they are sworn to never kill.

    Is it true that an object from the motel room cannot be destroyed, unless it is inside the motel room?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      Yes. When Joe visits Jennifer, she is smashing a series of radios. Several of them break into pieces. Finally, she strikes one of the radios and nothing happens. Jennifer tells Joe, "Can't break an object...Haven't you learned anything yet?"

    Joe has returned home to retrieve some items to aid in his search for Anna. He finds a photograph on his desk with an address written on it. Who is it from?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      Jennifer Bloom. As Joe prepares to leave, he spots the photograph with a business card attached. The address is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The card belongs to Jennifer Bloom. Jennifer provides the picture so that Joe can find her by using the key. Joe decides to visit her.

    The effect of the pen from the motel room proves to be fatal in most cases. There is a notable survivor. What is his name?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      Milton Vrang. While researching cases of burn victims, Dr. Gruber discovers that there has been a survivor. His name is Milton Vrang. Dr. Gruber seeks him out and Milton shares valuable information with Dr. Gruber.

    Wally is quite knowledgeable about the objects from the motel room. What particularly harmless ability does the wrist watch have?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      It cooks eggs.. While Wally is trying to help Joe find his daughter, Wally suggests that perhaps, the combination of objects will allow Joe to find his daughter. The wrist watch by itself can only cook eggs. However, in combination with another object, it endows the user with telepathic powers.

    Joe is in anguish over the disappearance of his daughter, Anna. While outside of the motel room, a man drops out of the sky. Where does the man say he has been?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      Texas. Since the man says he has been in Texas, Joe realizes that Wally must be there. Joe seeks out Wally and presses him for information on how he might be able to find his daughter.

    Joe can't make a call while he is inside the motel room. So, he leaves the room in order to make a phone call. To whom does Joe make a call?"The Lost Room:" Part 2

      Detective Lou Destefano. Joe decides to share information with Detective Lou Destefano. He tells Lou that Anna has disappeared in the motel room. Lou tells Joe that the police are suspecting the worst and that Joe should turn himself in. Instead, Joe wants Lou to do a background check on the Weasel.
