Atlanta. When Homer and Bart stop to fish (without bait), Bart reminds Homer that they have to arrive in Atlanta in ten hours, and they're 2,200 miles from their destination.

Lisa. Marge was waiting for someone to ring the doorbell "honestly" and didn't want to ring it just to hear it ring. Milhouse approached selling seeds but was attacked by birds before he got to the doorbell. Then Jehovah's Witnesses approached but before reaching the bell, they decided to get "real jobs". Marge tried to order food so the deliveryman would ring the bell, but he knocked. Finally, Lisa got sick of waiting and rang the bell.
Luigi's. After the deliveryman knocked, Marge tried to persuade him to ring the bell, but he wouldn't.
Half order of garlic bread. After telling the deliveryman she didn't want the food, just for him to ring the bell, he left, with the food.
Seeds. Until the birds attacked him, that is.

Angry mobs. This is when she is waiting for someone to "really" ring the bell.
Hot enough for ya. "Ask me about my grandchildren" is a 10-37, "Outsider blabbing about auto-drive system" is a 10-38, and "Can't unchain wallet" is a 10-34.
"M&M's". Marge said he did this 'again'. Apparently he has done this before.
Migrant workers. Homer did all that work to deliver migrant workers and he didn't seem to care about it.
Napalm. Bart was wondering how they would get back to Springfield and Homer told him, "The Lord will provide." That's when they saw the train's engineer quit and took over.
Jimmy Hoffa . They were going to teach Homer the same type of lesson.
Chevy. The van doesn't start after he fixes the stuck doorbell; "Oh you stinking Chevy."
