The Nightmare of Milky Joe. The Hitcher is one of the many characters played by Noel Fielding on the Boosh. He has a large thumb. In "The Nightmare of Milky Joe", the Hitcher appeared as a coconut version of himself!

Richard Ayoade. Richard Ayoade was meant to play Dixon Bainbride for "The Mighty Boosh", but was still under contract with Channel 4, and couldn't. He has most notably played Dean Learner in "Garth Marenghi" and Moss in "The IT Crowd".

Kraftwork Orange. Vince becomes the lead singer of Kraftwork Orange, and when he annoys Johhny Two-Hats enough that he leaves the band, Howard reluctantly takes place of keys player.

Michael Fielding. Michael Fielding is the brother of Noel Fielding.
Stick them all over his body and run around the zoo. Fossil threatened Howard with this if he didn't fight the kangaroo because Fossil wanted to use the boxing match to raise money for the zoo.
Vince and Bainbridge. They both simply drew a pink circle.
Vince: 'I paint what I see!'
Howard: 'And you see that, do you?'
Vince: 'Yeah!'
Bainbridge: 'Couldn't draw the face, but the rest is self-explanatory.'
Howard V.I.P.. On the DVD commentary, Noel Fielding (Vince) said he wrote it on there as a last-minute visual gag which didn't end up working.
Fire. Tommy was preparing to tell Vince and Howard something, and said 'Gather 'round,' whereupon the fire came closer as well as Vince and Howard. Tommy added, 'Not you, fire,' and it sat back down.
The panda. Vince took a liking to the panda, but when it saw Mrs Gideon with two black eyes they ran off together.
Bob Fossil. He is at the very back on the left of the crowd. According to Noel Fielding, Julian Barratt (Howard) and Rich Fulcher (Fossil) on the DVD commentary, there was originally a scene including Bob Fossil at the electro concert which was cut in post-production.

Apple cores. 'I wandered the streets, looking for the answer. And people told me of a magic shaman, part man, part hornet. So I went looking for 'im. I went everywhere! I combed the universe, in search of the stripey insect shaman. Turns out he was in a local primary school, in the bin, reeling about with the apple cores, like they do.'
'Ape Of Death'. In series one, Bollo was played by Peter Elliot, and the face moved mechanically.
'You're Gonna Die' isn't a song featured in the show.
red. He calls it 'the glam rock ski suit'.
four. The voice for Jack Cooper, a talking fox (episode: 'Bollo'), was played by Andrew Mitchell, after the 'right' voice couldn't be found.
voodoo. During this song and for the whole of this series one episode, the Hitcher has a huge thumb, which is missing in the series two and three episodes the character features in.
five. Rich Fucher, A.K.A Bob Fossil, was originally trained as a lawyer, but turned to acting because being a lawyer was 'boring'. He went on to perform in his stage show 'Mom I'm Not A Lawyer'.
pink. The crowd in this episode were all played by Noel and Julian's friends or relatives and all wore their own clothes.
'The Tundra Rap'. The pilot episode featured Richard Ayoade as Bainbridge, but Matt Berry took the part in the series when Ayoade was unable to be in the show.
The mutants. The title sequence was originally going to be a cartoon of all the characters featured in the series following Howard and Vince in to the zoo, but this was too difficult to do.
Julian Barrat. Paul King is the director of series one, but not the pilot episode. This episode was directed by Steve Bendalak, who has also directed 'The Royle Family', 'The League Of Gentlemen' and 'Little Britain', among others.
a Hubba-Bubba nightmare. Series one of 'The Mighty Boosh' was originally broadcast on May 18 2004, on BBC3.
