No. Although he bears a striking resembelence to Marilyn Manson, we all know that it is actually Brian Warner, not our beloved Rob Stone, who became the Shock/Goth sensation during the 90's. In 1997 Rob wrote, directed, and produced a drama about the Blue Angels for the History Channel.
